This team is second to none! Through the entire YEAR of searching for our home, everyone was patient and kind and truly cared when it came to helping us find our forever home. I highly recommend the team at Chappell for your real estate needs. We moved to NC from another state and Billy helped us navigate this very difficult market and find a great home. We saw a property with their agent but she focused on the flashy, inconsequential features and could not answer our substantive questions. Meanwhile, Chappell is part of a team developing a condo near us. The site has repeatedly violated noise ordinances and has been plagued with delays and rework. They tried to start construction at 4 am. I reached out to Johnny personally twice and he promised to take care of it, but nothing changed. This realty company seems to be all talk and no substance.

Working with Billy at Chappell made the home buying process near frictionless, which is probably the highest praise I could give a realtor.
