As first time homebuyers my fiance and I so enjoyed working with Kendahl! She was super easy to work with, always honest, and available for any and all questions. Kendahl was able to make the whole process feel not as stressful as it can be. Kendahl was an absolute dream to work with. Through the very difficult and unusual time during COVID, Kendahl was not only able to regularly make time to get together, but was also very flexible. With everything going on there were many last minute cancellations, time changes, and even requests that she was able to easily handle. I had very specific requests and desires as far as my property search, and Kendahl made sure I was getting what I wanted. She was very honest about everything throughout the search process and not once did I feel like she had gotten overwhelmed by everything I was looking

Kendahl was everything we could have asked for in a realtor. She was extra helpful to us, as we were looking to buy a house remotely and only had limited time in town. She picked us up and took us all around in her own car on several occasions and was willing to go back to multiple houses more than once. After that point she was super helpful in the purchasing process, and even met with our inspector and other contractors on our behalf before we could move down. We have now bought two homes and sold one through Kendahl. Our first experience with her was our first ever time buying a home and she made things as simple and easy to understand as we could’ve ever hoped.
Our second time around was much of the same and she sold our first house within 4 days of being on the market at asking price! Kendahl and her team were available whenever needed and I don’t think we could’ve asked for a better home-buying/selling experience.
