This company allows the owners of the property to select the renters but you wouldn’t know that from their website. In my case even though there were several qualified candidates the owner decided to go with who made more money even though all the candidates made 3 times more the rent as required. Would not recommend also was never told there were multiple applications in and pretty much just wasted 60 bucks because it doesn’t matter if you meet all the qualifications the owner chooses off who has even more than what is required or what they decide is qualified after you pass the original requirements

For property management, for a fantastic rate I no longer had to worry about maintaining my rental property. She quickly found renters, and offered great advice.

We used Dawn and Trailwood Realty to sell our home in Clayton and buy our dream home in Cary and she was the best choice we could have made. Patient, responsive, never pushy. She spent 8 or 9 months helping us navigate a hot real estate market to find a home in our price range with our specific needs (we were pretty picky so we didn't make her job easy). She helped us find affordable contractors to get work done on both homes in the process. As a mom of twins, she is extremely understanding and flexible with families and knows the area schools very well. Can't recommend her enough!

Dawn is a brilliant rental agent. Since I live in England, I rely on her a great deal and she has gone out of her way to help me get the condo ready for rental in my absence. Over the three years Dawn has been managing my property, I have not had any gaps between tenancies, everything is in excellent order and she has kept me informed throughout, taking the worry out of having a property in another country. It's great to know that someone you trust is looking after things for you when you can’t be there yourself.
