First let me say that the hotel itself is beautiful, the staff was all extremely nice and the location is very centrally located (if your visiting Denver this is the area you want to be in). The reason for the deducted stars is the insane amount of trouble our group (mostly me as the organizer) went through pretty much every step of the way... We had a work event in Denver that required something like 18 rooms that we booked well in advance. In addition to the various hotel staff being quite difficult to get ahold of (there were lots of problems that required lots of calls), fairly crazy amount

We had an absolutely awesome Christmas Eve stay at the Crawford. We live in Denver and have stayed at the Crawford 8 to 10 times over the past several years to celebrate special occasions. The hotel is easily accessible via the RTD train and is surrounded by the best restaurants in downtown Denver. If you have never visited, the hotel is located inside Union Station and was beautifully decorated for the holidays. This year during our stay, we also celebrated my wife's birthday at the Cooper Lounge on the 3rd floor of the hotel (her birthday is on the 27th). A special shoutout to Jane in Guest Services

The building that is a recognizable city landmark and has a large sign "Union Station, Travel By Train", has been sold to something called the Crawford Hotel - an organization that clearly only cares about making profit. Apparently a person who is taking the train and has a ticket is not allowed to use the restroom because this Union Station building is now - wait for it - not affiliated with the train companies! The security guard told me to go buy something from the businesses at the station. Unfortunately, there were lines everywhere and I would be late to my train and my flight if

Crawford has so much to offer and is extremely unique. I've stayed here twice and each room was not just comfortable, but felt like home, super clean and the bathrooms were luxurious. I love going downstairs, getting something to eat and just enjoying the lively atmosphere. Everyone is always very attentive and professional - can't wait to stay here again!!

Loved everything about this hotel. The room, the location, the amenities - it is one of the rare times I have stayed somewhere and actually enjoyed being in my hotel room. I will definitely stay here if/when I return to Denver.

Rooms are nice and the location is convenient for food and drinks.
But be careful with the valet service. We had several items stolen from our vehicle while it was parked in valet for 2 nights.
All we received was a refund for the parking.
Most definitely will never stay here again.

So my stay was for 2 nights. Night one: a room with a door facing the lobby (including bars/restaurants) = loud partying people all night. Night two: changed to an interior hall room which was quieter, but the bathroom sink had no cold water!!! So wash your face/hands, brush your teeth, rinse your mouth in scalding hot water. Also, homeless hobos all over the place in the lobby and even sometimes wandering your floor. Not exactly my style. Oh, and if you order room service, expect it to be delivered in plastic & cardboard containers in a plastic bag with 1 paper napkin and no flatware

We stayed here back in August since we were in town to go to a Rockies game. The Crawford Hotel is only a few blocks from the ballpark, so it's an ideal place to stay to see a game. The hotel is within Union train station itself and there's valet out front, but I would highly recommend avoiding the valet as it took absolutely forever due to get our car due to short staffing. Our room was small, but nice overall, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also fantastic and I love whenever there's a rain shower. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in the train station

This is a really good hotel in an awesome location. Rooms are unique and comfy but lack some things you might expect (like hangers for clothes or a place to unpack and put non-hanging clothes.) the staff are super attentive and helpful. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a wonderful Sunday evening over Columbus Day while my mom was in town visiting. While I booked the Premier loft room they ended up upgrading us to a suite. It had a huge living space, king size bed, and five piece bath(full bath and powder room). While staying we used the on-site perks for free rides in the hotel Tesla, free ice cream and drip coffee, as well as room service and scheduled breakfast from snooze.

Very likely to return!

Absolutely wonderful! Our stay was wonderful! Beautiful, comfortable rooms! So quiet too! You wouldn't know trains ran just outside our window! The room could have used a love seat instead or a second chair but that's my personal preference. Union station has been redone in a truly incredible way! So welcoming with many shops and places to eat. We really didn't have to leave but when we did the valet was very helpful! Highly recommend!

I was stoked to stay here! We were traveling with our pup and I called three times prior to arrival to confirm our dog was included on the reservation & the room would be ready for her. Apart of the dog fee, the hotel was supposed to provide a decent list of amenities for our dog & that alone was a huge part of why we decided to splurge at this dog friendly hotel. We had flight delays and landed late at night. Check in was prompt, and we headed up to our room. To be greeted by.....none of the dog amenities we were expecting. So I called the front desk and they said they had no record of

The Crawford is a beautiful hotel in a historic building.

We stayed a night in their Pullman rooms on the second floor. The art-deco room is elegant and very comfortable. The rich light and dark wood furniture and accents transports you the luxurious golden times of train travel. The bathroom is appointed with light marble tile. If you have a creative mind, lay on the comfy bed and imagine that this first class Pullman car is whisking you to your final destination.

Upon check-in, you receive a complimentary beer and the Terminal bar. The next morning, you get a cup of coffee at the Pig Train

On paper this place should be a perfect luxury metro getaway but it suffers from a handful of issues, one of which I believe will hold it back from ever being a true contender in the luxury boutique hotel scene.

Off the bat, most people like us are probably drawn to staying in a historic/iconic building that's been beautifully restored. We were in Denver testing the waters for a move from CA to south Denver so this hotel was a pure vacation splurge as it was not near where we'd actually be most of the day. However, it was in the heart of downtown meaning access to a ton of great food

Perfect place to stay before heading to the airport in the morning with restaurants, lounges and coffee shops! The room was very nice, classy and comfortable . We noticed a possible suspicious situation which we reported and the manager and security were fast investigating. Denver's historic Union Station was a fun hip place.

The customer service and accommodating, friendly staff is above and beyond every expectation. I made reservations for a birthday surprise and the manager Jen was phenomenal! She helped me plan/setup the Tesla car service to pick us up. Riley was a rockstar! He was super friendly and very enthusiastic. Upon arrival we checked into our room and all of the front desk staff greeted us with a Happy Birthday. When we entered the room Jen and Katelyn had left a handwritten note thanking us and once again saying Happy birthday along with a champagne split. The room was gorgeous!! In the morning, Jen reached

We were excited to celebrate our anniversary at the Crawford. Unfortunately the hotel did not live up to our expectations. The room was not cleaned, the mini bar was not restocked, the bathroom was not cleaned and the bed was horrible. It is a shame the reputation of the hotel did not match the reality of the hotel.

Beautiful rooms with the perfect location. Just thinking back to when we were there, before covid, this was such an ideal place as you were right in the center of town, there was awesome ice cream downstairs and the rooms were super clean and comfy. The restaurant for delivery for breakfast to the room is also super tasty and it's great to get something brought to the room to take on the go.

I just don't think there's a better way to visit downtown Denver. I've tried several different ways. But here's a beautiful hotel overlooking the historic union station, with included amenities from most or all of the neighboring businesses inside the station. Seats at Snooze? You got it. Morning coffee? Taken care of. Ice cream to end the day? Sure. Best part is, if you've flown in to DEN international airport, there's a train that will take you straight from the airport to, you guessed it, Union Station. The location is great for walking around Lodo, but not so far

We stayed at the Crawford Hotel for five nights as a part of a Colorado tour/vacation. The hotel is located in the Denver Union Station along with coffee shops, restaurants, and lounges. The station alone is beautifully restored and maintained. The restaurants were all amazing. The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Floors are all secure with keycard access only. Staff were all polite and helpful. Rooms are all outfitted with a smart tablet that allows you to order valet, concierge, and order food within Union Station. The hotel also offers a little Polaroid camera for use in Denver

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here before we boarded the Zephyr the next morning. Boarding the train was a super easy walk from the hotel, much of it covered. As it sits within Union Station, we liked how it surrounds the terminal and is bustling with travelers and urban diners alike. There was many choices for restaurants nearby. The rooms have historical elements and the interior designer did an excellent job fusing historical- with modern touches. It's pricey--if not for the room fee itself but the taxes are really something. Our rate was $269 per night but $341 after all the

Union Station is so charming with so much going on. Coffee shop, multiple bars, a Snooze. There's also the cutest little standalone pizza "cart" and flower shop right inside. It would only be fitting that an attached/affiliated hotel would be unique and distinctive. This was our first visit to the Crawford Hotel and we opted for a Loft style room. The layout and features are interesting and we were intrigued by how different it is from other places we've stayed.

Here's the good stuff: nice wood details create a warm and inviting space, lots of decent pillows provided

Arrived to the lobby of the Crawford Hotel with my laptop to grab a seat. Needed WiFi to do some work, heard this place has a vibrant space for that.

Pretty awesome, plenty of eateries and drinks for a full meal or just refreshments. Interesting, vintage, interior and furniture, strong WiFi, plenty seats and power outlets.

Only thing is that people (travelers) are sleeping on the couches which isn't that big of a deal since this is connected to a main train station.

A few homeless people seem to be inside camping out as well. Some guys on drugs were pretty distracting as they continued
