Polaris was good at first. Until towards the end of my lease. I signed my lease with the original manager of our apartment complex and was told we did not ha e to pay for any utilities. And i have the audio recording of it. And we even told polaris when they took over that we never have had to pay for any utilities. The whole two years ive been at the property we never had to pay any utilities nore have we ever even seen a bill. But after 7 months of polaris managing the property they gave me a $1,199.00 electric charge spanning 7 months. They gave me this charge a week after thay gave me a bill

The application process is very unethical and quite frankly, a scam. Application fees are non-refundable even when the application isn’t even processed. I paid $184 to apply the day after viewing a property. The next morning I was told application was already being processed for someone else. The application fee was still kept and not refunded. Absolute scam. I would never consider or recommend another Polaris Real Estate Property.

Having Polaris Property Management taking care of my properties was the best decision I ever made as an investor. They not only take care of the physical property needs by personally visiting, inspecting and repairing concerns but they also ensure the tenants are in compliance with lease terms. Finding qualified tenants to occupy the property is getting more difficult daily however I know that Polaris’ screening is second to none. Any tenant that has an issue with the Polaris Property Management is a tenant that I don’t want in my property.

When I moved to Carmel, I needed a rental while we waited to purchase a house. I wasn't having much luck finding a large enough apartment, and my realtor recommended a townhome (Weston Pointe in Zionsville) that was managed by Polaris. She said they were an outstanding, thorough property management company with a good reputation. My experience has been excellent with them. Polaris is a god send to those who are serious about both their property and for those that want to live in a well maintained place. Many of my clients have used Polaris and when you hear back from so many, thanking you for getting them with a top flight, professional organization, you know you can count on them. So many have had longer tenured tenants which decreases overall cost. And if tenants are staying longer it’s because they got a good value and are being attended to promptly. I could refer my clients to anyone but Polaris is the easy choice
