The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. This is a historical building in a safe and convenient part of town, walking distance from shops, restaurants and parks in and around DuPont Circle. Jonathan and Dolores at the front desk were phenomenal! Jonathan upgraded our room when we checked in and greeted us with a smile every time we passed through the lobby. We got locked out of our room one night due to a faulty lock mechanism and Dolores got right on it. She found us an engineer and waited with us until he came and fixed the problem. Then she found us a microwave so we could heat

I had to reschedule my reservation.When I called,Dolores was very helpful with rescheduling my stay and was keen to understand my needs and to explain.When I came she was the one at the reception and again she was so warm and welcoming. The second day I found Jonah.He was very bubbly, warm,kind and really helped us with information we needed to use around the city. The Hotel is generally good, great services 👌 And nice shower gel too😊

The Churchill strikes a great balance by being luxurious without being pretentious. The decor is great. We had a minor problem with the toilet but the staff fixed it in minutes. Jonathan and Dolores at the front desk were very sweet and friendly and had many helpful recommendations for our stay in DC. Full marks.

We checked in last night. We were planning to check out today but something came up and they kindly accommodate our request to check out later in the day. Front desk at every interaction was polite,kind and friendly. The room was great and the bed comfy for my like. This morning I had breakfast,the service was cordial and attentive. Food was ok. Eggs and toasts were good. The sausage and potatoes a little dry. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back if we are in the area again.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. The lobby and the restaurant was lovely and well decorated. The building had a historic feel to it which enhanced our experience. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The steamer in the bedroom did not work but the iron did. The hotel was very flexible at our check-out time which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.
