The residence looks nice and has good amenities. However, as some people of the management are nice & helpful I find some other unfair and incorrect with residents. Make people pay a huge amount of fee for ONE issue that wasn't even intentional.. Ok to pay a fee, but not an amount that huge only for cleanliness. There wasn't anything that needed to be fixed or replaced!
I'm disappointed and feel bad to have recommended this residence to my friends!

I had a good experience with this apartment last year, but with in influx of students here this year, it has been nothing but an horrible experience. First, they transferred me to a unit that wasn’t cleaned or painted when I moved in regardless of being charged a moving in fee. Second, I live on the pool side and the noise is intolerable! There’s loud music and people screaming until 5 am. If you like to sleep peacefully, or need a clean space to live, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Definitely some pros and cons, but overall nice experience. No issues with cleanliness, warm water, AC, heating, and Work requests in a year here. Mainly moved here for the golf simulator but that is always locked or inoperable and not available to residents for almost 5 months which is a huge downside. Overall rents are comparable for the area and it’s a good place to live.

At first when applying to this building, everyone was super helpful. I was made aware over the phone that there were a few available units left and that i should fill out an application with a non-refundable $180 fee, assuming this would go towards applying for an AVAILABLE apartment. After i completed the application, I called back and they said they had no more available units and that basically I just completed an application for an apartment with no availability. The site did NOT stop me from being able to apply. I know that this is perfectly legal, but it’s incredibly frustrating having

I had talked to an agent named Tashayia Busby for my apartment contract while prices were changing when Covid-19 began. My roommates and I were particularly picky about the apartment and there weren't much information provided to us, so we asked a lot of questions and it was overall a long process until we signed. However throughout the entire experience, Tashayia was extremely rude to us and didn't seem to really care about anything else

Do not live here, this place is horrible. There management is rude and seems to no absolutely nothing about managing a property. Don't ask them for help they will either be condescending or won't help you. The fire alarms go off all the time, the WiFi doesn't work, there is ants, the parking garage is incredibly small. The amenities are sub par. The gym sucks. Also there is no guest parking anywhere and don't park in the wrong place or they will tow your car. This place is a waste of money.

Y'ALL- I wanted to love this apartment complex, I really did. But, after living here for a few months, I'd advise anyone against it.
1. The fire alarms go off at random times, constantly. Doesn't matter if it's in the middle of the night, in the afternoon or during the morning- you'll be woken up out of your sleep, expected to exit the building and then wait while the building is cleared. This has happened multiple times.
2. The building is supposed to be impenetrable- individuals who don't live here shouldn't be able to get in. Yet, due to lackluster security

Signature 1505 is in a fantastic location with beautiful amenities and nice apartments that have balconies. The apartments are brand new but fairly small for the price you are paying. The Maintenance Crew is wonderful, the Leasing Consultants are always polite and attentive- shoutout to Maayan, Emily, and TK for being excellent- and Shomari the Assistant Manager helped me out when needed . Overall, I enjoyed living there and wanted to re-lease.

Theory Raleigh is so fantastic! I love living in an ant infested, trash overflowing, luxury student apartment. Did I mention... we haven't had wifi or power in 2 days?? Thankfully the office staff keeps us occupied with trying to get them on the phone all day. Go pack!!!!.... your bags and move out of theory!!
