I can not speak more highly of the Legends landlord staff!! All of them (especially Kim) were so so helpful all 3 years I lived there.
From the second time I walked into the office, they recognized me and knew my name (and it is not a small complex).
They were also prompt at responding and knowledgeable in answering my questions.
I loved living here and I have not even started on the apt itself. The apts are well maintained and pretty. The kitchen is large for an apt in my experience. Overall a really great place to live and an amazing amazing location, close to both 40 and 440.

I've lived here for about a year now. I really love it here! The complex is very clean, warm, and welcoming. Management has always been very nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within 24 hrs of submitting the request. It's also in a great location -- right off the highway and near restaurants and shopping, but not so close to hear all the traffic! Highly recommended!

My husband and I lived here from April 2019-December 2020 and it was seriously a fantastic experience. Kim in the leasing office is an actual star! Whenever we needed anything, no matter how small, I knew I could text the office number and would get a timely response back. Maintenance works quickly and efficiently. In short, if you are choosing between this complex and another one that costs the same...choose this one. You will not regret it!

I was a little apprehensive when we were told that we could not see actual units but only the models they had in the office building.
On move in, I could see they had cleaned the carpets thoroughly and it looked and smelled clean in every room.
Management office is really nice and has been great! Maintenance is also really good and fast. There is a mail room with lockers.
Since it's an older complex, there are some things like water pooling against the building when it rains. I don't think the windows are very good at keep in heat or keeping in cold. We had a lot of mold accumulate on the window

I've lived here for over two years now and it was definitely a good decision to come here and leave our old apartment complex behind. The staff here was much more welcoming and the community aspect is much more present. In just a few months after moving in, the staff all knew us by name. They actually hold regular events and it shows that they care about their residents. Our old complex one exit away had an unaccommodating staff and rarely did anything for it's residents. I'd definitely recommend others to come here if you're considering it. The location is great too being right off I-40 and close

We moved to this beautiful apartment complex last year. As an experienced homeowner , It was the hardest decision for us to find the best place to live “with two kids”. But Tanja Santee and her team made everything so easy from day one. They try so hard to see their residents happy. Everybody at Rock management deserves a big Thank You from us. We love you all. We are so happy to live here. I definitely suggest this amazing place!

Clean, quiet community! Apartments are so spacious, amenities are great. The residents I've met have been very friendly & the staff is awesome! So helpful and attentive! Any issue I've had has been taken care of quickly and they have a maintenance guy on call 24/7 for any emergencies which is more than I can say for other places I've lived. The office sends out weekly emails about events in the community & daily emails keeping residents updated on any renovations and updates currently going on. They've been putting a lot of working into the apartments lately, really making the community look great

I have been living at Legends for over a year. The staff have always been helpful, courteous, and quick to respond. They always try to make sure the tenants are aware of projects that affect parking or moving about the property. The property stays clean and managed. There are community activities and friendly neighbors. Overall, I feel this is a great place to live short or long term.

We moved to Legends in summer 2017. My fiancé and I agree that our time with Legends Cary Towne has been wonderful. The leasing agents are responsive, professional and friendly. In our experience the staff is always quick to answer questions and truly seem to want to get to know you as a person, not just as a renter - this is so welcoming, and a rare find!
Maintenance staff does a great job of keeping the grounds safe and clean (when we had a large snowstorm they were out salting the sidewalks, steps and parking lots well after hours). They've responded to any maintenance request as quickly

Highly recommended!!! We lived here for around 2years. Absolutely zero problems. The leasing office staff were very friendly and kind. All our service requests were attended quickly and resolved the same day or next. The apartment is clean and beautiful with lots of trees. The community people were friendly. We enjoyed several food trucks that were arranged by the apartment staff.

We absolutely recommend this apartment community. Our apartment is in a great location--near the back of the community and on the top floor-- so it's very quiet. We love the full-size washer and dryer, the apartment is clean and bright, appliances are new, maintenance is very fast to respond, and the staff in the Clubhouse are friendly and helpful. The community manager takes time to get to know the residents, and she makes this a fun place to live! The parking spaces are a bit small, but even pickup trucks still fit, so not a big deal. And sometimes the dumpster seems to get too full. Otherwise

The floors in this apartment are very creaky. It doesn't bother me during the day, but I unfortunately, live under someone who keeps odd hours. Which is why it's 3 am and I'm writing this review because the person above me is traipsing all over their apartment. I've only been here for 2 months and it's miserable. I already cannot wait to get out of here so maybe I can get some sleep.

You cannot find a better community than Legends! AMAZING office staff, beautiful landscaping and amenities (huge pool, hot tub, 24 hr gym, exercise room, resident office space, coffee bar in the office, basketball court, tennis court, free car wash & vacuum, grills and picnic area, gated entrance, kids movie nights, food truck visits, free notary service!!!) and the apartments themselves have large rooms, large bathrooms, large closets, huge kitchens, crown moulding, high ceilings.. Maintenance staff is exceptional too! I cannot find one negative about this place-- we have thoroughly loved

I lived here for 1.5 years with my wife and we LOVED it. It was very quiet, except for the birds outside our window, but that is nobody's fault! The gym was stocked with free weights and machines and they were always clean. Great pool and hot tub. The staff allowed us to break our lease due to a job transfer, and were extremely helpful during the transition. And for the money, it was a very nice community. The surrounding areas LOOK a little sketchy, but we never had any issues. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 3 minute drive and easy access to the I-40 was an added bonus. It
