We decided to be the change that we wanted to see in the marketplace and are dedicated solely to providing cash flow solutions to real estate professionals at the lowest cost and in the quickest turnaround time.
A Commission Advance is a financial transaction where a real estate agent sells a portion of their pending commission at a discount, in exchange for immediate cash. It is not a loan, but a service that allows agents to monetize a transaction without waiting until closing. Concord Commission Advance focuses on building strong partnerships with brokers and agency owners across the country.
Start by providing a few details about yourself, your company and the sale on which you would like an advance, and some documents related to yourself and the sale. Our underwriters immediately review the details of your request and confirm your pending transaction with the settlement company closing the sale.
Concord provides you with the most cash with the lowest fees. Advance fees can be unnecessarily complicated and misleading, but with Concord, you will know the full cost of the transaction up front. Concord Commission Advance will discount the commission based upon the number of days to projected closing.
As part of our standard review process, we consider the underlying real estate transaction as well as the agent's sales history and current pipeline to determine exact pricing. Repayment of the advance happens automatically when your sale closes. The closing agent receives a commission disbursement authorization signed by your Broker instructing them to send the portion of the commission that has been sold directly to Concord at close of escrow.

Concord Commission Advance is an amazing company with a great team and super reasonable fees compared to the competition. They really came through at a time I needed it the most. Unlike other commission advance companies you do'n't lose a huge chunk of your commission when you find yourself with your back to the wall. Honestly, if it wasn't for CCA my business probably wouldn't be where it is today. It was with one of their advances that I was able to make the necessary investments that helped my business grow. WIth that said I want to thank Jake Elliot he was super responsive and incredibly helpful

I never thought I would use a commission advance company yet several years ago I was in a position that I needed to. Concord Commission came to my rescue. My firm was using another commission advance company that was robbing me blind. They advance funds fast, but had high commission fees. I called it crack money.
