This is the worst experience ever I wish I could put no stars. The lady told us we didn’t finish signing the lease so after we checked out the apartments and found roaches and that the complex looked horrible all the way around. She is not trying to let us out the lease even though she claimed we never finish signing. Very unprofessional and just horrible to do business with period. Oh I forgot we never stayed a night in there they are crooks. Cold hearted crooks. People please be careful I would not want my worst enemy living like that

I DO NOT recommend it at all, I arrived here, the shower of the bathroom does not work, the covered tubs, two doors were missing, the stove fan did not serve, it does not have smoke detectors and they will never install them apparently, the refrigerator is broken by Everywhere I have reported this many times and every time I am going to leave the payment of my rent for four months and they tell me that they have no maintenance, how an apartment complex does not have maintenance for so many months, I need to fix a tub in another room, they tell me it's not a priority because I have two; I think

Nicole is very unprofessional. She takes your application fee, tell you that you're not approved to keep your money. The units are not worth the money they are charging. If you have a section 8 voucher the unit is not going to pass. I warn you don't go to Forest Glenn. Nicole you need to do better or be fired for the mess you are doing.

I can't wait to move out, very rude staff, they have a very racist and rude so call police officer living in; my mexicans neighbors living upstairs were moving out and he just kept harassing them, until they call the police on him, am glad they send a nice officer that didn't play games and help oout the family moving out.
I had to pay for pest control, since the apartments are full of roaches and bed bugs, management is doing nothing to prevent this infestation. my contract ends on may but I already start moving my things out to a storage unit to prevent roaches to move out with me
