Imagine living in a place with no heat and your hot water goes in and out for a week. Well that’s Dunwoody Glen! They never answer the phone and nobody is ever available to help. And it’s been around the 30s every day! But come the first they can answer the phone and even call you when the rent is due but any other day they are “BUSY” the security guards are more help then the staff

My BF lives here and he has flooding right now in his apartment!!!!! All his things are ruined. And it took him 7 times calling up there to get someone out to help him. The next day (today 1/21) the flooding is worse and he goes back up to front office and they said “they do not have anyone available”… are you kidding. This complex is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!

The management is very rude and dishonest. They will charge you for valet trash and make it mandatory but after calling them (and their assigned company for this service) several times the guy would rarely show up and pick up the trash. There are several broken mail boxes. Despite telling them many times that it is a federal offence not to fix mail boxes, they did not take any action. Despite their terrible service they raised the rent quite significantly. The property manager is not available most of the times. Even when she is available, they would hardly let us talk to her. The worst experience I have ever had. They don’t fix anything and the leasing staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s been going on a month that my oven hasn’t been working. I’ve tried being nice with them but clearly they don’t respond to that. Since I have lived here (only since July) it takes a average of a month to fix small issues and you have to make multiple phone calls. Also let’s not forget to mention the dirty neighbors and rats. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I happen to be at a friends apartment who requested to have work completed. Darryl from maintenance came I and was awesome. His friendly demeanor and professional was a welcome change. I applied for a unit in this apartment complex about a week ago and called to follow up. I was given the run around twice and finally showed up in person yesterday. When I arrived the office staff was telling people that they had no electricity and that the office would be closed for two hours. There was garbage everywhere, the property looks rundown and even after emailing the gentleman who said he’d help me (I can’t remember his name) I’ve still not gotten an email or reply back. A blessing in disguise because needless to say I’m no longer interested in living here. I want my administration

I went in the office to talk to someone about some maintenance request and other issues. First of all the office was open. That’s new. They use to stay close even when they said they were open. The manager heard my frustrations and came out to talk. She was so pleasant and kind. She listen to everything I had to say. She allowed me to vent and then told me how she was going to fix it. I told her I know she has to say something because she the manager. She said she is saying it because it’s true, and she cares about us. Let me start by saying this is a nice neighborhood. When looking for a place Gregory was very helpful and informative. He kept me updated on what was happening with my apartment. It’s turning around. All of my appliances were new and the apartment has a very nice layout. Lots of space for kids even though I wish the park could stay lit at night. I’m pleased with my decisions to move here. DO NOT DO IT!!!!! This is a turn key property!! moved in Dec. of 2019 and it has been downhill since then. The only repair that has ever been done on my unit were the glass doors. I've turned in a list of needed maintenance every time the complex gets new management (four times) and nothing is ever done. I pay monthly for trash pickups and pest control services, that I have NEVER received. I was never given a trash bin and as far as I see even the neighbors with the property given trash bins don't receive the services either. The pool nor the gym are ever open to the tenants. Had an awful experience trying to lease at this place. At first it will seem like they want the best for you. However, all we got time after time of talking to them were lies. We were promised a move-in date, and note that we chose this place because we needed an immediate move in date, however, every week we came they said it wasn’t ready, it wasn’t ready, it wasn’t ready. (Which by then I had already applied elsewhere THANKFULLY.) They finally told us we could move in about 20 days after they initially said so, but we kindly turned it down since we were able to find a newer and better kept

I'd give it negative stars if it was possible. Management is too uncomfortable to deal with confrontation about issues going on in the complex. We've been reporting a clog in the upstairs sink for 5 weeks, we also reported the kitchen sink & they only came to see the kitchen. The upstairs bathroom stinks from the dirty water & now the leasing office doesn't even answer our phone calls. If you're looking to live here, don't.

The management staff and leasing office staff are beyond awful. It amazes me that they still have jobs given the way they handle situations. After dealing with Ed at corporate, it doesn't amaze me at how the management and leasing staff can be so awful. I've had issues with this place for 2 years and to this day, I have old carpet and padding sitting outside my apartment. I have dangerous tack strips that haven't been removed. Not to mention the fact that the only way to get ANYTHING done in 2 years was to threatened withholding rent. With that being said, please find another apartment

I walked in into the managers office and they where very condescending from the beginning to the very end. they feel like they are above the people that live there. The complex is nice but the management and everybody in the leasing office is extremely rude and unpleasant. Except for mr Luis.
Edit. Instead of asking me how you can fix the problem. You guys should focus on fixing the potholes in the complex that'd been there since I moved. Thank god im moving next month.

This is the first time I have had my own apartment. I was attracted to this place because the location was perfect for my life and the complex has townhouse floor plans, a BIG deal for me! At first I was very pleased. I can't hear my neighbors so privacy is abundant. The longer I live here, though, the worse it seems to get. I understand that the complex is older which means things may not be brand new and will need replacing from time to time but in the ONE YEAR I've lived here I have reported to maintenance at least 20 times! And most of the things were repeat issues that never got

This place is an absolute DUMP the front of the premises may look nice but the farther you go the worse it looks. I've been a tenant here for almost 5 months and I can't WAIT until my lease is up. My car was towed along with others with no prior notification even though they said they came around and knocked on doors ( Total bull) telling the tenants about the cars needing to be moved at 7:00am. People go to work earlier than 7:00 am they didn't even have the audacity to send out an email or put a note in our mailboxes. The parents around here send their kids out with jars and tell
