We offer underground assigned parking, carport parking for townhomes and open area parking for residents and guests. Underground parking is $75 per month, carport parking is included in the townhome and open parking is complimentary. I am LIVID and horrified, and so deeply disappointed! Just went in for a tour and was informed, after getting closer than social distancing guidelines and sitting at her desk that the leasing agent I was to work with had LITERAL COVID! I dont blame her necessarily but the fact this company allows employes to work in direct contact with people while having an illness that has killed MILLIONS OF PEOPLE in the last 2 years, and allowing residents and possible tenants to be put in danger is disgusting! Office staff is super friendly and helpful, I toured three separate times before deciding to move here. Great space and amenities for the price. Management and maintenance are super responsive to items brought to their attention and seem always willing to listen to residents.

Since moving in on 02/15/2021 my roommate and I have been double charged on our rent 3 times. I had a work laptop that was delivered stolen and nothing was done about it until I contacted the police. We're charged a pest control fee every month but I still see roaches weekly. The elevators are CONSTANTLY broken and smell like urine, and don't even get me started on the rest of the accessibility issues here. Our utilities were charged incorrectly for 6 months straight. My roommate's car was totaled after having the catalytic converter stolen while he was parked in their sorry excuse for a parking

NO HOTER WATER FOR 3 DAYS NOW ON CHRISTMAS BREAK WHEN FAMILY IS IN TOWN, when people have to work in the morning and it is 30 degrees outside.
No update email since yesterday stating the same thing except the plumber had to go home and come back later. WHAT ABOUT US? 1 day is understandle which was Saturday morning for repairs.. you know the day after Christmas. Now it's going on day 3.
There has been select staff that have been helpful but overall as apartments - would never suggest to live here. We pay for stuff and it's broken half the time.

On Nov-22-2021 we had submitted an application to rent a 2 bedroom apartment here. While the application was pending with Leasing Manager for approval; we got to know from google reviews that there were gunshots fired recently at the complex. Also there were so many reviews break-ins and vandalism and all other different issues and management taking no action. Since a 6 year old was going to move with us hence we decided we don't want to take a risk specially if gunshots are being fired. There were shots fired a few days ago at the complex. They ended up running into one of the ground floor apartments with the sliding doors. Got all this information from the police that have been sitting around the lot the past few days. Leasing hasn't said anything to anyone in any form of contact. Be safe, keep your doors locked.

Be able to find parking in the lots we pay for that are somehow always full.
They don’t do anything to try and make any security measures happen and won’t help with anything. All you get is a sassy, know it all worker in the leasing office who is so unhelpful it’s ridiculous. Do not move here.

On 06/24/2021, I uploaded a video about my flooding dishwasher,. The water looks to be coming from the sewage with nasty smell. The problem continued and I put a new work order 0n 06/29/2021 (W. o. #4664180) and again nothing happened. It looks the maintenance section is understaffed or, may be, unwilling to help. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do NOT live here by any means. At this point I am considering moving back home to Georgia and doing everything online versus staying here any longer. Terrible management, they will lie to you, avoid you, ignore you and handle 0 of your issues. The apartments are big but old and ratchet, things break all the time, packages and mail are constantly stolen and they do NOTHING about it. There is nowhere to park but they still make you pay for it and then advise you to park across the street and walk even though you may be towed. At this point I am reaching out to

I have lived here for 14 months as I mistakenly signed a 15 month lease at this place. Here is a list of problems I have had.
1. My car was towed a few months back because of an expired registration I was not informed of, very annoying but a consultant called the towing company and had it released for free. Very nice lady, but did not provide any information on what had to be done next and said it was taken care of. Fast forward to now my car has been towed again. When I went in to talk to the leasing consultant they explain I needed to buy a new parking permit, when asked to talk to the manager

I applied and was charged a high holding fee. When I decided to go elsewhere, the management staff would not return my calls, emails, or online inquiries to get my holding fee back. I would call and be hung up on immediately, experienced non responsive emails, and overall frustration. I am very disappointed. I finally received a call saying that… they missed all of my communications (which were extensive) and that they will not be refunding my holding fee. The management team blamed me for a communication error with their system. This was extremely frustrating and shows the lack of care

I called the leasing office to ask what is being done about the hub regarding the pandemic Corona virus. I spoke with Christina. She said, “ If you don’t feel comfortable going in there, wait until other leave the hub and then go in.” She said that’s the solution. That’s not a solution! 3 out of 5 stars. I don't drive so no parking complaints. My general staff experience is good. Apartment maintenance is fairly quick, though the apartment was supposed to have been remodeled right before I moved in. If an outside agency did it, they didn't do a good job. Some incomplete electrical work, and not very good final clean up.
There… is one washer and one dryer per foor in my building. The washer went out of order July 3rd. I reported to maintenance. The ticket was closed immediately without resolution or explanation. I reported to the office and they said they would contact maintenance

Never any parking after 8pm. Even though they make you pay for parking they do NOT guarantee a spot for you to park. If you get home anytime in the evening you must park a few blocks away on the street. Their suggestion for when we told them we frequently can not find parking is to pay even more money, $85 per month for garage parking. Recently… they evicted a family and lex at Lowry maintenance threw all their belongings, furniture and trash into the parking lot blocking several parking spaces.
