Three Palms Apartments

We haven’t lived here for 6 months and just now received a move out bill from collections. Called them and asked why a bill was never sent to us before they gave it to collections. Shortly after talking to them on the phone they were able to email my husband the breakdown of the bill that we never received. 300 + dollars for a supposed paint job that the place needed from the time we moved in. They’ll try and squeeze every penny from you on move out. Should have listened to the other reviews. they also refused to work with my husband to do a walk through before move out.

Don’t move in here. The workers constantly entered without our permission which we explicitly stated not to on the lease. The management constantly changed and never kept records. They said we owed them money two years after we moved out, even when management at the time waived the fee. Place is a joke.

These Apartments are over priced for the amount of space provided and on top of that they charge extra damage fees for a light bulb that went out. Do not recommend

PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING.. First of all, for my first apartment this was a TERRIBLE experience. To start, maintenance never fixed anything right. They used the cheapest ways to fix things for example, a bread twist tie for a flush handle and duck tape. Everything that would be fixed would be terrible unless constantly complained about. Next, there was a smoker that lived next door to me. When I would get home would work I would walk in to a hotbox of smoke from next door that would take two hours to air out. It took 6 months for them to even give a warning. When I finally went into the office

Awful apartments. Our toilet seats and washing machine have been broken for over a week, and it’s been impossible to get anyone over here

If i could leave 0 stars i would. they dont like to fix things that mess up. they also are very money hungry. they wouldnt do a walk thru with me when i moved out, however theyre trying to charge me $729.00. i would never recommend this place to anyone and they need to be shut down. they dont know how to address issues, poor customer service and they also lie and never show u what you're being charged for.

Location is good but Worst apartment ever. Lived here over 2years and we moved out because my husband is in military. BUT WE NEVER GET MONEY BACK. NO ANY DEPOSIT. NO PET DEPOSIT. NOTHING. BUT THE FUNNY THING IS RAY? THE MANAGER NEVER ANSWER. NEVER CALL YOU BACK. THEY LIKE TO STEAL UR MONEY. PLZ READ ALL REVIEWS AND DO NOT STAY HERE. DON'T WASTE OF UR MONEY

Under new management, the staff is so friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

These apartments are hot and roach infested. The property mgr doesn't take care of the apartments. We requested new ac filters and lights in the bathroom. It's been over 2 weeks since the request. We complained about roaches after moving in over 2 yrs ago. Still as bad or worse. The apt is very hot...will not cool down. No insulation in the outside walls at the bathroom. It's an inferno. We had an exterminator out recently and he said he went up in the attic and said the builders didn't finish the roof and roaches and bugs were piling in. The owners of the property will not take care of it. They

MILITARY DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!! They do not give you any of your deposits back. I’ve been trying for 6 Months and they have yet to help me and my family. I’ve called repeatedly and they push it off to the side. But will charge you hundreds of dollars for “repairs” that was never needed. Customer service is terrible DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!!!! For military currently living there make sure you go to the office the day prior before turning in your keys to get your deposit they will try to keep your money!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE
