Disappointing management
Dumbbells (20 lbs., 30 lbs., 40 lbs., 50 lbs., and 60 lbs.) were stolen from the exercise room in 2020. I reached out (via e-mail and in-person) to the leasing office back in April and was told they were working on replacing them. After several months the dumbbells still haven't been replaced. I reached back out to the leasing office (twice) and reached out to corporate (twice) and haven't been responded do. Management either doesn't want to pay for new dumbbells or hasn't ordered them like they hinted at back in April - says a lot about them...

Avoid this complex at all costs. Management is incredibly rude and maintenance isn’t better. They left my apartment unlocked twice within one month after completing maintenance requests, the second time happened to be while I was out of town so my unit had been unlocked for five days. When I called the office, the manager explained to me that maintenance told her they checked to make sure my cats were accounted for and locked the door. The problem is, that time, my cats were not in the unit, so they outright lied to the manager, who also didn’t bat an eye when I explained that to her. Management

You get what you pay for and living here is the prime example. While the rent is cheap and location isn't bad, just as most of the other reviews have stated, the management is terrible. The office staff is incredibly rude and have attitudes about any and everything. In their eyes, the customer is always wrong and they are completely unwilling to assist with anything that isn't checking off a box and moving along. Everything about living here is a headache and they truly could care less about their residents which seems to be a common thread here.

Do not sign a lease here. Management will take advantage of you every chance they get. Even after we moved out I was told I was being charged to replace the carpet because it wasn’t “like new”. Apparently normal wear and tear does not apply here. When my wife and I spoke to the manager, Kimberly, she said she would send us pictures showing the damage. She never did. We asked 3 more times and still nothing. This is how this place operates.

I never leave reviews for anything, but this felt necessary... This apartment building has the potential to be a great place to live but the management and treatment of residents is absolutely despicable. I lived here for three years and every interaction I had with the front office staff was unpleasant. Not only are they condescending and rude, but they act inconvenienced any time someone comes into the office. They sent out passive aggressive emails to the entire complex rather than addressing issues with specific residents. All of the amenities were closed for nearly a year due to COVID, while

Management is nice but understaffed. Frequently see bugs. No consideration for residents when doing noisy construction and people are working from home. No chairs at the pool. Parking remote often doesn't work. Lotta frustrations with living here

I have lived here at 23Hundred almost nine months and I have not had any issues. The property manager, Amy, and her team have been great. They made my move-in process very smooth, and they were accommodating to all of my requests. I was thoroughly impressed by their prompt responses and professionalism. Also, they have handled COVID-19 very carefully yet seriously. They have been forthcoming with updates and they have kept common areas closed/sanitized for the safety and the health of all residents.
The property itself is in a perfect location with lots of nearby restaurants and a short distance

I've lived here for two months, and I have found that the management staff have been extremely generous with their time. They've been great. In the short time they've already offered many community events. They recognized my birthday with a balloon and candy. I get email updates and the newsletter any time there is something happening.
The complex is quite, and as a single female I've not felt unsafe once.
The apartment itself is pretty typical, but I really like the fireplace and the little outside area with a storage closet.
I'd give it 5 stars if there was a sauna/hot tub. Haven't had a chance

If you're looking into moving to 23 Hundred: The location is nice, the surrounding community is getting nicer, but that's about the only good thing going for it. Management has only got worse during my 2 years here. They're mostly unhelpful, will lie about completing work request, and in general seems incompetent. Maintenance seems to be doing what they can, but they either aren't paid enough or aren't given enough resources to take care of beyond basic maintenance issues.
For example, about 5 months ago, large wood roaches just started appearing in my bathroom. Filed several request for exterminators

While there are some nice amenities, the management is non-responsive, lacks communication skills I.e. one staff members would say one thing and another something totally different. Very unhappy with how we were treated as we moved out!

My time at 23hundred was plagued with obnoxiously loud neighbors, lazy staff, and the building smelled. I wouldn't allow my dog to stay here. There are many better options in Nashville for the same price points. Go elsewhere. You'll thank yourself in the long run.

My car was recently broken into last night in the parking garage including others and this hasn't been the first time. There was no cameras in the garage and when I talked to management they said it wasn't there problem. I enjoy staying at this apartment complex but I do not feel that it is safe when it come to protecting my personal belongings if there is constant break ins.

I wanted to change the review that I previously wrote. This place has gone downhill in the last two years. Emergency maintenance never comes when you call (even when your A/C is out in the middle of summer). Maintenance also didn't lock my door once after repairing a light, leaving it unlocked the whole day while I was at work (during a time of repeated garage break ins). Unacceptable. On top of that, management is not fun to work with. The first time I met the new manager was after they went in and locked all of our hot water heater closets with NO notice. I came home from work to find my

For the price you pay to rent an apartment at 23Hundred, you could find an apartment of higher quality closer to the city. I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and while the new management is much better than it used to be, they are still not helpful at all. I’ve emailed the leasing office on multiple occasions (for loud neighbors, messes made by the maintenance workers, lost packages, etc.) and each time have received no response. I am not sure if they just don’t check their email or if they don’t feel the need to respond.
Thankfully COVID-19 has encouraged the complex to start cleaning

The apartment complex itself is fine, but my experience with the property management has been horrible. Wouldn't recommend dealing with the female leasing agent as she lied to me about multiple details of my move-in, and then ignored all my attempts to contact her throughout the next week. Her error cost me over $500 in additional moving expenses and management refused to offset that in my rent. I've also requested a copy of my lease five times now and have yet to receive it. I'd imagine there are plenty of other apartment complexes in the area that are just as nice where you don't have to deal

I lived at 23hundred for over 2 years and had a terrible experience living there. The leasing office staff is extremely rude. They do not treat their residents with respect. They also did not give my roommate and I the full deposit back after move out. I will say the maintenance people are very kind and helpful.

Woke up this morning to mine and at least 100 other cars being towed with no notice. My car got damaged in the process.

Do not enforce any rules that they pride themselves on when you sign.... until it's convenient for them. They don't care about safety and the gate has been broken probably 10 times since I moved. The doors to the outside don't lock 75% of the time. Walls are thin, maintenance people are nice but don't fix the job.

Whatever you do, pay the extra money to live somewhere else.

Took a tour today 2/7/19 and our tour guide and the front desk staff was so incredibly rude. Did not address us as we walked in, we had to introduce ourselves and ask questions. Zero personality and very standoffish. Not somewhere you want to live or people you want to interact with. If you take a tour or have interest in living there make sure you don't deal with Cameron.

I've lived here for two years and everything is "ok" if you don't mind extreme noise. I mean light shaking, door rattling, dog barking, loud talking 24/7 noise. Also, I hope you don't expect your management to do anything about it because that will not happen.
I had to threaten legal action for a move to the top floor due to a neighbor breaking the pet addendum (barking and barking at unreasonable hours of the night and morning). They were prompt in giving me a new room, but did not attempt to quiet the neighbor or the dog. It's a pitiful staff, management, and inconsiderate

I've lived at 23Hundred since October. I was worried after reading some of the reviews here, but so far my experience has been great. The staff is generally helpful, accommodating and prompt to handle maintenance issues, questions, etc.

The walls aren't soundproof, but I've never been bothered or woken up by noise coming from inside the building. Outside is a different story, but again, that's not the apartment's problem. Granted, I don't live near the pool, but it's been closed since I moved in.

The most I've had to put up with is the (very early) construction

I lived here for about 14 months and there are pros and cons.

Pros:
The location is great

Parking is included (and I could usually find a spot)

I always felt safe here

The amenities are nice (pool, lounges, workout room)

Cons:
This place advertises as "luxury" and they lure you in with that. In reality... It's no different than any other commercial real estate company. They entice you in and once you're under lease it's the same old run around.

They don't upkeep the building. The halls are disgusting. After a weekend the floors are filthy and covered with alcohol

To update on my previous review...the new management actually might be worse than the old management! Very rude, unprofessional, won't assist you with your issues, and they blatantly lie to you. We tried to break our lease early (that's how much we hate it here) and even after speaking with the new management about our upsets and aggravations living here, they still wouldn't budge without us giving them 60 days notice. The new building manager promised us things would change, that whatever the old management did, they definitely wouldn't do (yeah right!) For example, we had

Way happy to have chose this complex. The people are cool. The free Starbucks coffee bar is amazing and the office group is always nice and funny! If you're looking for an affordable yet higher end apartment home, 23 hundred is an amazing choice.

I also love that parking is included. You aren't given a specific spot, but there's never been problems for me. The only thing I would change is keeping the lounges open 24/7.

When I began looking to move out of the suburbs and closer to downtown Nashville, TN I thought 23hundred was going to be the perfect place.

Even though most of it was still under construction at the time I signed my lease, I was under the impression from both the image and pricing represented it would be a community of mostly respectable, young professionals like myself. I was also under the impression it would be a complex with a management team who would help to ensure that it was a nice place to live.

I'm going to start off with the positive aspects at 23hundred. 23hundred is a great
