The property manager Laura Taylor is a liar and has been for quite some time. The entire property is ghetto and if you expect a plumbing or maintenance issue you might as well forget about it because they’re useless. All the appliances are old and outdated. Brown old wooden cabinets, white stove, white fridge. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPLEX ANY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I've lived here since December its always trash out front by the dumpsters, water is leaking from the apt upstairs i called the office to report it the lady said maintenance was on the way never showed my air conditioner is currently out. I keep getting notes on my door talking about i owe a dollar r a knickle in back rent but I pay my rent n full evey single month on time and the management is so unprofessional want even give you a damn rent receipt i hate it here!!

Applied to apartments online paid $200 app+ adm fee called several times to check status of application no one ever answers the phone after a week of trying finally get someone on the phone to say you’ll hear something end of day another week has gone by no one ever answers the phone. At this point I just want my $200 back.

Went to drive around to see the apartments after Easter.
There were easter eggs (plastic pieces) running around everywhere of the grass, trash everywhere. I even saw kids running around with trash bags and throwing on the ground (of course they missed the huge bin and never went back to pick it up but rather just run back home with throwing their gloves on the ground screaming). I am sorry whoever the neighbor they are. but we drove in and back out right away. Oh! did I mention? while we opened up our window to just look around the places. I smelled something, you guys would probably know what

Stopped by to view a 2 bedroom apartment. The lady who assisted my was very rude and had nasty demeanor. I followed her in my car to view an apartment that was being remodeled. As we walked in, she stated she couldn't show that home and didn't have another one to offer. As we returned to the leasing office, she handed me my driver's license and did not offer to show any other amenities. It was also weird she didn't have common courtesy to wait for me to walk in with her through the employee entrance. I definitely didn't feel welcomed as a guest. I can only imagine how

I have lived here for 4 long years. Since I have been here I have had either the heater or a/c go out every year and my water heater had to replaced. I had to sleep in the office 2 winters ago when my heat went out and maintenance did not answer. Took 2 days to get heat and they asked if I had a friend to stay with and would not reimburse hotel. They have remodeled and you can hear every step your upstairs neighbors take as well as their dogs. Only one washer and dryer for six apartments in one bldg. Finally saved up and moving out of this home.

This place can't be bothered to even pay to get the grass cut properly. Since they like to keep trying to bill and overcharge for rent. I finally had to record that they keep mistakenly trying to charge late fees. Hoping they fixed it this month.... they said they did in June, July, and August...
