This place is disgusting. There's trash literally everywhere; in the hallways, in the staircases, sometimes in the elevator. Cars have gotten broken in to and anything that gets delivered by FedEx gets stolen, in our case baby stuff. Who steals from a baby? There's no management staff on duty and there's problems every week. It's dirty, doesn't feel safe, there's "assigned parking" that tenants have to pay for, but people will steal your parking spot. This place needs a lot of work, revamping, and help.

Good luck trying to get into contact through their phone number. Been calling it for months no one picks up. Yes, I am calling the right number.

I just moved in and i positively love it. Quite, well until I moved in anyway. It's rock n roll, you can't play it softly. It was meant to be played loudly!!

Worst apartments EVER! EVERYDAY someone car is getting broken into because they have no cameras no where in the premises or the parking garage! Good lick getting in any type of contact with management they’re NEVER there and NEVER pick up the phone! Everybody there is weird and be all up in your business! Management doesn’t care about nobody and never fixes any issue or problems! There’s bed bugs and roaches and the whole building is just dirty

WARNING: Do NOT live here!!!!

The management SUCKS here. They don't care about their tenants. They are NEVER available or in the office and NEVER respond to emails. Packages are stolen. Car break-ins because the garage doors are broken a lot and left open. Which also lets homeless transients just walk right into the garage and up the elevators to our "secured" apartment.

Trash everywhere. The place smells. Neighbors using their balconies as storage for trash and will have their dogs in cages out there barking all day during very hot and cold days. Pet feces and urine all over

This building is a stain on the neighborhood. Not only is there garbage everywhere, they leave their garbage bin in the cul de sac making it completely unusable as well as spreading garbage throughout the community. Try calling them? Good luck getting a response. There is visible animal abuse being perpetuated by a tenant who leaves their huge dog on the balcony all day howling. There is a grandma that deals drugs down on the corner that lives there - lucky us, we get to have her crack clients hanging around our neighborhood all day and night, along with needles and broken broken glass. I would

This building has the potential to be a great place to live but either the owners and/or the property managers are happy to become just another slum. Rather than taking time to invest in a good building manager they have chosen to become another typical Seattle slumlord. There is a new manager in the office every 4 - 6 weeks. They only do the very minimum amount of upkeep in accordance with the law, and let just about anyone sign a lease. I guess it is pretty profitable to be a slumlord in Seattle when the average rental costs are so high.

Very unfortunate experiences. Multiple packages stolen, building infested with pests, dog feces everywhere, smell of weed, no one ever available in the leasing office, I can go on and on but it's not worth it.

I lived here for six months. The location is great. Next to the C Line, west Seattle bridge and Alki. I’m deducting two stars because management is hard to get a hold of. In 6 months. There were over 4 different manager changes. The current manager Lorrie is very nice and reliable though and responded to my questions quickly.. the rest of them - not as reliable
The building smells like garbage and smoke and my neighbors constantly yelled every night until 2am. The police came by after noise complaints one time but not sure if anything was done about itt or how serious of an issue this is to

I lived 18 months there, the only positive thing about this apartments is very near to C line and Alki walk. Management is too worse, for example below is my scenario. I recently vacated from there, and I called them 5 6 times after I vacate, they did not inform me anything about my advance and charges. directly i saw them in my credit report. I never recommend this apartments to live there.....

We made an online appointment and rushed around to get here only for no one to be there at our appointment. I tried calling leasing, the maintenance and the property management company and no one answered. Big red flag so we left.

The interior was dingy and not well taken care.

Well Teresa has left and there is absolutely no communication from the office, they work 4 hours a day if we're lucky so if you have a job, no way to get a hold of them. The only person ever available is the maintenance man which seems unfair to him. We also had the upstairs unit FLOOD above us while we were out of town, nobody contacted us, we got back to a note on the door saying "be back tomorrow" no date or time. Some of our stuff got wrecked and they only made the tenant get liability insurance so nothing of ours got paid for or replaced. After all of this, they still sent us a note asking

So my concerns have been addressed and it seems as if solutions are being put into action not just empty words. I will update and posts pics on improvements when they are instated. To work on the goal of keeping residents and guests safe, I will be contacting and working with our police precinct in forming a block (or building watch) for any interested resident/s to take part in. I will post more updates as things either improve or deteriorate. I am cautiously hopeful.

It wasn't always 5 stars.
When i moves in back in 2016 you could say it was not a great place to live. Maintenance was rarely done in a good tome frame and mail would get stolen along with packages that were supposed to make it to the office. It seemed like the leasing office was always closed even during times where you would think it must be open. Earlier this year Teresa took over and she is on top of of things. She follows up with you if something needed to be done, packages are safe and mail is in the box. She has the hallway carpets replaced and stairwells redone too. She had a lock

I've been living here for almost 3 years, and I want to stay for another 3. The improvements that have been made are amazing. First the walls were painted which brightened the hallways. Then Teresa replaced the carpet. It's so much better. Everything gets fixed in a timely manner.

This is actually my second time living here. I first lived here 2011 to 2014 and it was not a bad place. Con Am management was actually pretty good with Chrystal as the manager and Haui as the maintenance man. I sold my house in 2017 and moved back. But Allied had taken over and Lanelle and the maintenance guy Jorja were horrible!! Now Allied finally got some great management and great maintenance guys. They have done a great job at cleaning the building up, repairing lights, and completing repairs requests. It also seems that the riff raff has been pushed out as well. I still see some

I've lived at City Views for 6 years. It's actually a pretty quiet building. There have been recent changes in management and most of the previous problems (like transients, drugs, etc) has been cleared. They are currently upgrading all the apartments and the building, so it will be nice to see new rugs in the hallways, a refreshed rooftop garden. One thing I do have to say is there are some folks here that make it more of a community and we all watch out for each other and the building. Management has been careful to vet tenants coming in so from here on out there should be an improvement

Allied finally pulled their act together and now has a dedicated maintenance guy named Mat who is incredibly friendly and Lannelle in the office performing administrative functions. This is not meant to be a roast of them in particular because I believe that there is a strong possibility that these people may not be given the tools they need to do their job successfully.

I am exactly two months out from my lease end and I can't tell you how relieved I am that exodus is at hand. Bags of garbage line the compactor regardless of whether the compactor is being emptied and the recycling bins

When I first moved in this was a good deal for the location, and the size of the apartment. Once your moved in and experience a few good ant attacks, and have to avoid stepping in dog droppings everywhere, this changes. This last lease renewal was a mistake. I regret not paying the extra month too month rate. The garbage situation is crazy, the parking garage feels like your in the shining, and rats have been spotted in the lower garage, and the ants are everywhere.

Allied Residential just took over this building and what was already a bad situation, got a million times worse. While I've

I've lived at this apartment building for a year now, and am moving just because I am leaving West Seattle.

- light is a bit dim in the apartments facing the greenbelt, but lamps help solve that problem and the quiet you get in exchange is a bonus.
- the overall "beige" color is a bit much, but it's better than the stark white walls found in many buildings.
- I had new carpet, new counter tops and new flooring in kitchen/bath when moved in. The carpet stains very easily so had to get some carpet stain remover which solved the problem.
- No pet rent and no extra fee for a

Oh City View Apartments, so much to say about you. To begin on a positive note, this place has a great location. It's right off of the West Seattle Bridge, down the street from Alki, and within walking distance of the junction. The price is pretty decent for the location (we have a one bedroom with an office, for $1025/month). Plus there's decent street parking for those of us who don't want to pay an extra $75/month for an additional parking spot. The building is a little old, and the units are okay looking. It could be worse, yet could be so much better if the management wasn&apos
