This place is horrible. Maintenance never does anything till two weeks after you ask, if you are lucky. There is never anyone in office and if there is, they don't answer the phone. Seen that first hand. The complex is super outdated, and when you ask for basic repairs, they tell you it's the "aesthetic" of the complex versus fixing the problem. Don't even get me started on how we preloaded an apartment two months in advance, and maintenance didn't touch it till two weeks before we where supposed to move in, and still asked for an extra week only to not have it done

In September of 2020, I had attempted to look for another place to live for my family. We found an advertisement of a listing at Fairway Apartments through CRAIGSLIST.COM for "Total Move-in $199". I made an inquiry about said apartment, and was told I would need to pay application fees to view said apartment. I PAID application fees requested and was never allowed the opportunity to view said apartment. I was told they could only provide pictures as it was still being "worked" on. Those pictures never came. I was then told the apartment in the advertisement was no longer available since it was

Bugs, water leaks, the A/C breaks every two weeks currently it is 90 degrees in my room. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. The parking Garage on Everhart is unusable and always full of water so it smells bad and there's nowhere to park. Maintenance wont or can't fix anything. There's no cabinets in the kitchen. the washer and dryer hook up are obvious after thoughts and only fit the smallest of machines. The fridge is literally the smallest model Lowe's sells. I have emailed the United Apartments Group and got crickets. PLEASE do not move here.

Staff here at fairway apartments in Corpus Christi has been nothing short of amazing to my family since day one. They have worked with me when needed and helped me when asked. The management couldn’t be better and the grounds continue to improve daily. The residents all seem very nice and understanding as well and me and my son and daughter are proud to call fairway home. Big mistake moving here !:( non stop leaks terrible mildew smell . Waking up to puddles of water . We just moved in in November 2019 and our experience has been nothing but stressful. Im Pregnant and still have a year lease ... these are not good conditions to live in specially with mold and leaks that Attract pests such as roaches . Dont know how im gonna bring my baby into this apartment. There is nothing comfortable about living here .

STILL NO HOT WATER.
I called yesterday, as it's the 3rd time since Sept that for days we have no hot water, and got a long silence with a minimal response. The part didn't arrive on saturday so you are just waiting on that? Really? How does the hot water get shut off for maintenance 3 times for days at a time in just months? And from the previous review it's actually happened 7 TIMES. The parking garage has tons of cats while they are cute they make it smell really bad in there. It seems like they have makeshift ways to stop the pipes from leaking out in the parking garage as well

Moved in to the apt over a month ago and my AC has not been working since time of move in, I was given a portable AC to cool the entires apt which obviously in this heat is hard to do.i ended up having to get another portable myself to cool the rest of the apt and it’s still not how I’d like it. Every few days when we can to check about repair the maintenance and office gives us a run around and a bunch of BS excuses, something about needing to order supplies, which by the way there are 4 supply houses for AC in Corpus Christi!!!! A week later my ac is still not fixed and now my AC is leaking

Do you enjoy having to walk six miles (obviously exaggerated) just to throw your trash away? Do you enjoy having fleas? Do you enjoy everything being wet all the time and having to step on slugs everytime you walk out of your apartment? How about having no hot water and sometimes no water at all? Do you enjoy maintenance never answering their phone? Do you enjoy having to wait 3 - 4 weeks for a work order to be completed? Do you enjoy your air conditioner leaking and the maintenance man coming to fix it while he smells like alcohol? Do you enjoy seeing a Fairway employee making out with his girlfriend

This place is terrible! At first everything is good even the maintainance. We try to call them even for emergency maintainance but it just sends us to voice mail. Our down stairs bathroom sink has water coming out the drain when it rains. It got our dining area and kitchen flooded twice! Tried to call management but the phone keeps on going to voice mail. We had fleas and cockroaches in our apartment they didnt do anything! I keep on putting work orders and they keep on sending us email that its done but they never even looked at it! This place is a joke! Never rent here!! Thats why its cheap because

Since the new manager took over, the place has been getting a lot better. The last manager refused to fix anything so when Joel took over, he had a lot on his plate... I've been here for 2 years and plan on staying now, I was going to move with the way things were but Joel has made this a place worth staying in. He still has a lot on his plate but the improvements he has already made with having little to work with because of the old manager, have been wonderful.
