Don’t MOVE HERE
The office staff very rude they do not return calls
Barely picks up the phone I never in my life called a company
for a week straight in no one picks up or return the call seems like they are screening them why I have no clue but I found a better location so maybe that was my warning lol

Just saw someone left a 1 star because they were upset they got denied. Aspire is a great place to live because they are strict about who can move-in. I have lived here for a year and going on 2 years. Don’t see me leaving in the near future, I love living here. Hard to beat the views at this building:)

I have spent months touring, scrutinizing, reading reviews, and pricing various high-rise apartments in the Orlando area. I toured 55 West, The Julien, Cititower, Modera Central, Skyhouse, The Vue, and Aspire.
Out of all of those tours, Katherine at Aspire was the best tour out of the group. She's was a fantastic mix of professionalism and personality, able to answer questions about units and availability on the fly while pointing out a number of details I never would've thought of. On top of that the conversation was smooth and natural. She made us feel at home.

Great place to live downtown! Building is well maintained and the management staff is amazing. Penny, Alexis, & Taryn always go above and beyond whenever assistance is needed!
The pool is on the 29th floor which is probably the highest pool deck downtown- it is beautiful!! Also there are many residential events on the 29th floor with food. Gives you good opportunities to meet other residents.
Highly recommend living here!!!

While I don't live here, I deliver here almost daily, and every time I do I dread it. The woman at the front will yell at is if we're waiting for people to sign receipts, which I have to have people do. When I get to the door, they have to unlock it, which other places do, but here, they have yelled at is for "waiting too long" to open the door. I can't speak for living conditions but the staff has always been rude to us for bringing residence food

I lived here for roughly 5 years. Initially it was a great place to live. It had friendly & professional management, security, the residents were great and the building was kept clean at all times.
That all began to change in 2016 & 2017. New management, poor security, resident changes, hallways began to frequently smell like pot and nothing could be done about it, noise levels were loud, often amenity level was a mess with sticky floors, drunks, vomit on the floors including the elevator, dog urine often in the elevator and the list goes on and on.
One could complain and you were told something

The Aspire building is paradise!!! I am extremely happy with the staff and how secure the building is, Taryn and April at the front office are really helpful and nice. I really like the events they do for us residents once a month it makes us feel appreciated, not to mention the boot camp clases by Mike Mercado three times a week! I don’t think any other building in Downtown has so many perks like Aspire does. Stunning building. Stunning views. Stunning staff. THANK YOU!!!
