I lived here for 2 years and i feel this company is a piece of $@*&. They are rude and judge everything you do. So if you want to live here make sure you do not have any friends come over on a regular this will be a problem. They want to have complete and total control over your apartment. I personally feel this is wrong. There is no reason for a company to get your money and then try to tell you how to live your life. As long as you are not doing anything illegal this should not be an issue. Even if you are open and honest with the manager or admin assistant that will be an issue and they will

Would not recommend! makes this area look bad surrounded by great apartment complexes but this has to be by far the worse from their residents blinds, trash, and landscaping. would recommend riding through complex first you’ll definitely notice why it looks the way it does. last resort staff unprofessional and forgetful.

I really do wish zero stars were an option. Upon touring this place it wasn’t too bad so me and my roommate decided to move forward with the application. We were excited and planned to move towards the end of April. We had learned our previous lease was longer so we moved the date. First they told us June 1. Then moved the date to June 4. We didn’t mind but then the office admin moved it officially to June 6. Were happy and excited. Then we get a call from the office A DAY BEFORE telling us that they did not realize the whole week we were moving in on June 6..... that is so unprofessional.

June 6 2020 was going to be our official move in date. My roommate and I had visited this apartment complex thinking it was going to be great... only to find out a day before that a staff member had FORGOTTEN that we were going to move in the day of June 6 2020. Mind you we had paid an administration fee and application fee for them to forget we were moving in. They had also doubled the price balance after we had spoke not one but TWO people about the balance. Not only were we misinformed but mistreated. We were told that it had been OBVIOUS the balance was a mistake. AND that they are human at

I just don’t like the way the get your every month for rent they add late fees and charges like crazy and then they threaten you every chance they get with court papers & court cost like those things are cheap. I just really wish they could work with their residents a little more instead of trying to get rid of you to move someone else in. And talking to the manager is no help. Please do better Willowdaile apartments

Much Improved! Things have really turned around in this complex just in the last few months. My apartment is inexpensive and I don't have many issues with it. The grounds are looking a lot nicer. I think management is working very hard to get the "riff-raff" out of the complex. I feel safe and if I don't it's not an issue to report to the office. The new office manager is really awesome and helpful. She is really on-top of things and truly cares about the people and the community on this property. The trash is still an issue, but I think everyone waits until the weekend to throw away their trash

Well, there isn't much to say when you walk into a place and sit for 30 minutes. How do you have your employees working and not enough staff to support the position? Does one person do everything? After she was able to complete her move in the leasing professional was able to greet and acknowledge me. I think it's unfair of any company to place someone in this position.
