Most of the time spent there (2 years) I dealt with continuing serious leak issues. The last months were spent with what I can only term as a complete failure in my bedroom structure (I have pics and video) The rain poured in along one entire wall, places on the ceiling, and also in my closet. There were also leaks in the living room. So essentially I endured living in an apartment with a bedroom I could sleep in--depending on the weather. What amazes me is they kept taking my rent with full knowledge of what I lived with. They didn't care that the damp wet conditions triggered my asthma and sinuses

WARNING!!!!! Do NOT move here! It is disgusting! Infested with roaches which you might not see until you are comfortably moved in....they are on the walls as you walk through the halls...ALSO tenants urinate on the floor And in the elevator and steps....it has a disgusting Oder throughout the building. My husband and I moved here and it was nice the first 3 months then after that hell has introduced itself here. STAY AWAY!! The leasing people are very rude and they will not address your concerns...also the people who live in this building are very loud. Horrible place to live.

The Richmond Dairy Apartments offers affordable housing, offering efficiency apartment homes, 1BR & 2BR garden-style, and loft apartments (some that have spiral staircases). they have off-street parking available, it's card-controlled access, has a 24-hour exercise facility, clubroom with a billards table, onsite laundry room, and 24-hour maintenance. I just found it so hilarious that it literally has a big milk bottle-shaped structure, converted into apartments. You can see that it's gradually losing some of the bottle elements, but it's so cool to just do a drive-by and

If you're a fan of quirky architecture, the milk bottle building at the corner of N. Adams and W. Marshall is one of Richmond's coolest. It used to be the old dairy, but has been converted into apartments. It's located in the historic Jackson Ward district and across the street from a cool old firehouse.
