DO NOT LEASE HERE. workers do not do their job right and give you false information. If you want to be overcharged for no reason then live here. There are much better apartments right across the street. The associates especially cameron, ally, and brenda do not know how to preform for there job correctly. Gave false information countless times. Wrote my lease wrong with wrong names, wrote my move out date wrong, lied about speaking to them multiple times over the same issues. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. Keep looking around.

Excellent service and very friendly! I worked personally with Brandon and Ali in getting my new apartment, they were both willing to work with me to make sure I got the best and affordable apartment! Not too mention the apartment had a great view of Richmond and excellent amenities. I Would definitely recommend it

The leasing office staff is SO nice and helpful in any issues or questions I had prior to moving in! The online portal they have makes it super easy to communicate with the office or make any maintenance orders in . The maintenance guys are always pretty quick in responding to any of the minor problems if had so far. The office staff is super responsive to emails and everyone's been very knowledgeable about any possibly dumb question I've asked out of my million hahah love it here!!!! plus the roof top views cant be beat!!!

I recently moved here and so far I love it. The apartment itself is beautiful and is perfect for one person. The proximity to MCV can’t be beat and the a lot bus runs right past the front of the building. I am on the wait list for the parking lot but so far street parking hasn’t been a problem at all - there are typically spaces within a block of the building. The only issue I’ve had with noise is that the McDonalds delivery trucks at 4 am. Other than that, no complaints here. The building is also very secure and the area around the building, specifically towards church hill, is very nice

If you enjoy your privacy and getting a good nights rest, do NOT move here.
I’m assuming the walls were built with a piece of construction paper with how easily I can hear not just my next door neighbor, but my neighbors below and above me.
There are rules in place for noise volume and disturbances (no specific times set in lease for extra volume control), that obviously mean nothing to residences or management. I hear my neighbor yell at his live video games every evening until about 2:30-4am. I’ve emailed management multiple times in regards to it and never received a follow up email, phone

The management at the Cedar Broad apartments is absolutely deplorable. There community director Jaelynne De Jesus has been time and time again, rude to myself and my roommates. She lacks immensely in proper communication skills, which is just not acceptable as a community director. She is with out a doubt the main reason we will not be renewing our lease. Great location and tour guides, but cedar broads community director, who is the main point of communication between residents, has got to go as she is incapable of treating her residents with respect. Do not live here if you do not want to be

Lived here for two years. The management was always nice to me and always fixed my problems very quickly. The walls are paper thin so you can really hear everything from your neighbors or people walking by in the hallway. Make sure you have a good relationship with your neighbors so that you can text them if you need to sleep and they are being noisy. We never had any problems with people partying in the hallways.
They do charge you for things you never use (alarm system) but I think it was worth the extra money so that I could live in a nicer place and feel a little bit safer.

Do NOT live at Cedar Broad. CB is deceptive - they appear nice on the outside but you realize how deceptive they are after living there.
Positives: 1) Nice facilities. I will say that this is the nicest apartment I have lived in, though all my past apartments were really crummy. My unit was great, kitchen was nice and it has a modern feeling to… it. The lobby has a great, new coffee machine and two TVs you can watch and a conference room you can study in (almost always occupied though). It also has a decent fitness room and a fantastic rooftop overlooking the city. 2) Internet speed is pretty
