The apartment complex is conveniently located near major arteries, and is very close to great shopping and dining. Anything you would need is within 15 minutes or less. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and well maintained. The units are nicely appointed, and Requests for Service are handled quickly and efficiently. This place switched management and went down hill misty is rude very unprofessional does not do as say. Everyone there acts as if they don’t know what’s going on kids are always unsupervised maintenance is poor they hired rip off contractors to remodel and they did a terrible job I do not recommend this place to many cons and no improvements look elsewhere I plan on not renewing my lease it’ll save the frustration

DON’T LIVE HERE. Unless you want to never be able to reach the office, not be able to use any amenities that you pay for & have your packages delivered to you just thrown in front of your door for any delinquent in McKinney to steal. The only time you hear from them is the end of the month when they are “reminding” you about rent. Absolute joke. There is a reason this place is one of the worst reviewd complex’s in the area. Stay far away. End of my lease couldn’t come any quicker.

It took a long time to finally write this review, but the honest truth is that all the poor reviews on here are completely warranted. We lived at The Atlantic McKinney Ranch for 18 months, and it was one of the worst living experiences we've ever had in an apartment community. On the positive, we enjoyed our physical apartment. The place was spacious and you'd be hard pressed to find many apartments these days that have full walk-in pantries, a separate laundry room and plenty of storage space. That, however, cannot make up for poor management, lack of attention to the grounds and complete disregard

If I could have found anywhere else to move in so last minute at the right price I would have. I had to call the office over 20 times in just a few days to keep asking for paperwork they were supposed to send over. Finally move in day arrived and it’s 94 degrees and I HAVE NO AIR. Floors were disgusting, my feet were black. Counters hadn’t been… wipes. My bedroom blinds don’t open and close. At least 5 drawers between bathroom and bedroom are broken. My toilet kept clogging with one piece of toilet paper. Finally after 3 times in 2 days I call the office and it has been

We returned home from vacation after our apartment was “renovated”. The front door was left unlocked for who knows how long. There were paint splatters all over the floor and cupboards. Inside the drawers and cabinets was filthy. The floor was coated in dust. Drawer faces were falling off, but they also just used double sided tape to put them on. … 🤷🏼♀️ Where they had to re-stucco the wall, the paint is a different color and it is very obvious there had been a repair. It was awesome when I first moved in almost 2 years ago the neighborhood was great. Not sure what happen exactly but things have gone downhill. The up keep with the amenities I have no idea what happen it just kinda went blah. Maintenance requests just reading on here I'm not alone in my disappointment. I guess new management new maintenance crew? Maybe it's the workload or something else but you can tell a big difference in performance from just in a few months of new management taking over.
