Application process easy and quick with back office team about a two day turn around time. However front office does not answer phone rude staff doesn’t let you know it’s a waiting list before applying waste of time wouldn’t recommend! had to call over 10 times in one day just for somebody to pick up the phone. A waste of time and money.

Applied a week ago and paid for the application and a $200 holding fee. I got approved but when it came time to pay the remaining balance of my deposit no one called or answered the phone or my emails. I even went to the leasing office during office hours around 11am and no one answered. At this point I want the apartment that I paid a $200 holding fee for and if not just give me back my money ASAP so I can find a better apartment!!!

I been calling this apartment for 2weeks straight now I’m located in Tampa i took two trips to Brandon to check the community out and no one came to the door i even knocked. It’s really unprofessional not to answer the phones all day long and not to be present in the office as well. Some of us really need a place to stay that’s affordable for single moms like myself and would really appreciate it if we can actually get help from the leasing office and not continued to be ignored. Ladies and fellas in the leasing office please answer the phone or at least come to the door when we knock. SO

I have been calling for a week !! I call when they open and on my brake before they close. I took the drive to get information. The door was locked. Mind you it’s 11! Beautiful apartments on the outside but sorry it’s a no for me ✌️ Who ever are in the office are horrible. They have a hiring sign outside! The best thing they can do is get rid of that staff 😤

The place denied me due to too much income, that was no problem. The problem came in when they do not answer the phone nor emails. I’m STILL currently waiting over a month for my deposit to be refunded back to me! It’s not right at all! I could only imagine how residents feel when they need maintenance or assistance from office staff.
