I have lived here for several years but will be moving out due to pricing and new management team. I have never lived in an apartment where renewal increases were over 20%. The last renewal increase I received recently was over $300 which is surprising since I always pay my rent in full and on time. I will say the Assistant property manager Josh doesn’t care about keeping tenants and it shows. Other then those things the community isn’t bad.

I love living at Valrico Station!! The pool is amazing and my puppy and I have been loving the bark park. The Valrico team is always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend people to live here! The property manager Lisa is also so helpful and she’s always answering my questions and helpful with any concerns! Keep it up! Thank you Valrico!

New to this area, came by Valrico Station to see if they had any availabilities, to my surprise they did. Beautiful apartments. Unfortunately, I did not meet the requirements at this time due to prices being so high. I am giving this apartments 5 stars because I really loved them and hopefully prices will go down so I can rent an apartment here.

I have lived at Valrico Station for 6 years. I was one of the first to welcome the 2nd phase units. Since my time here there have been many growth spots. I feel the office staff always has my back and has bent over backwards to help me in many ways. Recently I was able to get new flooring and new paint. They just did a painting renovation outside as well! The office staff is super easy to talk to and very understanding. The maintenance crew is spot on. Not to mention this is a great area to be in for school districts as well. Thanks for everything Valrico Station!

I have been living at Valrico apartment for a little over four months now. I have nothing to complain about. I am a happy camper the front office staff Took care of me very well. I love all the many amenities both pools in dog park are very friendly and a great place to socialize. I would recommend Valrico Station Apartments to anyone, not only for the price but the apartments it’s self are outstanding with all new remodeling.

I am moving to the area and stopped by Valrico Station because it is in a location close my new job. I didn't have an appointment, but the office staff was so nice and toured me anyways. I was able to see one of their remodeled units as well as one of the new units. Sadly, none of the newer apartments were available for when I needed because they were amazing and the remodeled apartments were a little smaller than what I was willing to pay for the price. Overall though, it was a beautiful property and the manager and leasing person were both so nice. I will definitely visit again next time I am

This is the best property to live on in Valrico florida. This is the best staff, the best maintenance crew and the best location. I lived here years ago and loved it so much I've moved back. The neighbors are fabulous. The property is serene especially with the duck pond and fountain. The two pools, gym, office and clubhouse with pool table, large screen TV, kitchen area and even snacks pretty much just sets this place over the top in ratings. I would not live anywhere else. You also will love to call this place HOME ♥️

Pros: the complex is well maintained, it is nice an quiet, and there are 2 pools.
Cons: lack in parking. Your told that you are allowed 2 parking spaces per unit, the problem is it may not be in front of the building you live in. Nothing is more painful then a long day and come home to a parking spot 3 building down from where you live and have to walk. But you can reserve a parking spot for a price. Not just that but also parking trailers and even an RV! It's up to you if you move here. But you are Land locked and will fight for parking. Good luck.

I have lived in apartments my entire adult life. I have never been more pleased with an apartment complex and it's management staff than I am with Valrico Station Apartments. Work orders are completed the next day and if for some reason, they call in outside maintenance immediately. There is ample green space which is great if you have a dog (very dog friendly!). I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a new apartment home!

Moved in here mid 2018. The staff is amazing. Pleasant and fun to work with. Made my move seamless. New to the area and they made me welcomed and at home. Warm, friendly and helpful.
Great value. I looked at over a dozen places all over the region. Settled here because of location, wanting to be east. Club house hosts event every month and are a great opportunity to meet other residents. The biz center is a plus. Two pools and I overlook one of them. Never noisy.

I lived here from January 2016-July 2017 in a one bedroom refurbished apartment--not in the newly constructed buildings.
I thought the train theme was cute, from the clubhouse to the name of the streets within the complex. At midnight in bed my first night I heard the rumbling of the train, felt the vibration, and that's when everything began to make sense. . .
Ohhh, Valrico Station Apartments. . .
My experience:

*Quiet community
*24 hour WaWa within walking distance
*Very quick response to repair requests
*Pest control offered weekly
*Continuous updates--fitness
