Wish I had never moved here,had no where because my house burned down,they charged me additional for a debt on a address I did not owe,celing was horrible in livingroom,dish washer wouldn't open,they broke it and never came back,send notice that they not doing any regular repairs till whenever but still moving people in and out and landscaping,sink been back up for 6 day and threw Christmas,I called 3 times and America rude you pay for pest control and never see them,roaches everywhere ugg

These apartments are TRASH !! Please do not move here !! Office staff does not help with any complaints! This property is always having break ins & things happening . They need to shut this complex down . Its way to big and they can't even manage every resident . Staff goes and comes at these apartments. Please don't move here ‼

I really don't like the way they can steal your car and call it towing in those apartments.
The way the office and the towing company works together.
The office manager or tow mangement tend to make up rules just to get another car towed!
(Example)
(1) A visitor can only register 3 times in a week before the car gets towed!
(2) You pay for a payed parking spot!
You register your visitor in your payed parking spot!
Guess what?
The car still gets towed!
It's payed parking!
They only have 21 visitor parking spots!
At least 30+ unattended vacant carports.
I would least some more information

This place is trash!! You will be towed despite paying for parking. Sinks smell HORRIBLE! Flooring tile is coming off every corner you come across throughout the entire apartment. Laundromat is trash and you better hope your clothes don't get ruined! Management will never be punctual to the office and will hang up if you try holding them accountable. I would sue them for so much negligence but it's not worth my time nor money.

I wanted to be fair and diplomatic with my review. I understand that this is an older complex. So I expected repairs would be needed. There was one maintenance man who was very good. Was told last night that he no longer works here. I learned that when I called about a leak coming from my bathroom ceiling. Maintenance did show up last night and stated there was a roof leak. I live on the first floor. From what he said the water falling into my bathroom was coming from the unit above me. The occupant of the unit was not there according to the maintenance person. I know we did not started off with the right foot BUT they changed original staff and its WONDERFUL office keep you updated on repairs they are prompt helpful so friendly and lead maintenance guy (Samuel) is so efficient always going above and beyond to help you in any way he can , under his supervision all the guys do great.!!!We lived here for 3 years now and its a great place to live. We have security over night and we are very happy to call this place home. Great office ladies my sister loves Elizabeth she is so sweet and nice helpful come on over and check it for yourself.

They are answering back to reviews on here to make potential residents think they care but they do not . They are nowhere near as friendly or helpful in person . STAY AWAY!! I can't believe such crappy and dangerous apartments are in this area. These used to be called LA PLAZA prior to new ownership and if you look at old news report lots of criminal activities.
I rented out here a 2 bedroom and den apartment paying 1400 in rent and after all utilities, I was paying 1800 in all for some roach-infested apartments. I was there for a span of 5 months top until I had enough and broke my lease and their AC chiller system will go out always. Had to submit many written and phone request for a WINDOW UNIT and they only give you one like that is supposed

Heat goes out for days at a time. Back story the heat is control by the apartment complex meaning in the winter time you can't turn on the air only the heat and vice versa which I'm fine with a little except when it gets cold beige they switch the air to heat or when it gets hot again and you can't turn the air on. Back to the heat. The heat has went out multiple times in in the little over 30 days that they turned it on. I would say at least 5 times. And it's out for 3 days sometimes. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place!! If you do move there be prepared for toilets that quit working sporadically! Hot water that will disappear for days. Weeks or months without A/C in the summer (google ac problems at Entro summer 2018). Not heat for weeks during the winter! Office staff that is rude! And the straw that broke the camels back. Locking our dog in a bedroom without food or water when maintenance came in to fix something without notice again! They did not let the dog out when they left and had no idea when we would return!! I hate being the person that always have to complain and I always have to bring up negative things to management but once again today another issue is arisen. I've lived in this complex for three years now and there is been nothing but continued issues with roaches maintenance issues including my bathtub having the paint peeling from it when I moved in. And now with spring coming I just put out plants and decorations on my patio only to find out this morning they have been stolen. This is by far the worse place you can come and live at, Terrible management and staff . There's always something wrong with the A/C during the summer and Heater during the winter . So if you have little kids I suggest you keep looking for a better place to live because you will always have a problem with the A/C or heater here and if the stupid staff doesn't do your paper work right they re-charge you for things you already paid for ..

Not only this place is infested with cockroaches. The management is very rude property manager Mary is very condescending. We have less then a month here and we already regret signing the lease. Before we had food in the apartment there were roaches already and now that we got groceries is even worst.
We been very patience with the property but the customer service is not good and they would not move a finger to make you happy.
Even spoke with the regional manager Sabine and while she was respectful did not resolved my issue

STAY AWAY!! Ive been living here for almost 7 months now and there are issues left and right with this place. Lets start with the fact that they did not tell us there was a gas leak and a/c issues when we signed the lease, not to mention our move in date was 3/01 but we were not able to move in until the 7th because the apartment was not "ready" yet, although it doesn't seem to be ready now, there is no visitor parking, covered parking is extra as if anyone really wants to pay to park in a pothole, water temperature is off it will continually change from freezing to boiling, and
