They will tow your car if your registration sticker is expired, and they tow friends of resident cars too. There is trash on the property, and the front office staff can be a bit rude sometimes. Overpriced for the quality. The towing thing is ridiculous. I’m sure they make money off the deal with the towing companies. Don’t live here.

I Moved Into Manhattan Apartments Recently And i Can Not Believe How Terrible This Property Is Starting From The Lady In The Office Name Susie. She Is Super Rude And Does Not Care About Her Residence. They Literally Have A Illegal Immigrant Working. My Apartment Has Paint All Over The Floors And My Apartment Is Super Dirty. Who Ever Cleaned This Apartment To Get It Ready Did A Horrible Job. There Is Trash All Over The Property And Huge Rocks All Over The Parking Lot. The Gates Are Always Broken And If You Try To Call Susie And Complain She Will Threaten You. I Have Never Lived In A Place Like This

Absolutely do NOT live here!!!! There is not enough parking so they tow cars randomly you can’t even have friends over without them towing their car!! They are so worried about making money off of towing cars but not fixing brand new apartments that have so many issues!! The staff is so rude and not helpful at all!!! If I could leave zero stars I would.

Wish I could leave no stars honestly.
We moved into a new apartment and it started falling apart right away. I have lived here for 3 months and nothing has been fixed. (No trimming in the transition from tile to wood, holes in the shower, cabinets sinking down, neighbors dishwasher doesn’t work, paint all over the floors, random holes in walls where they messed up and then tried to fix it but then just gave up, gates never work, trash is EVERYWHERE by the dumpsters.)
There are not enough parking spots for the residents, even with guest parking. They are constantly towing people and won’t

We love living here! The staff is kind, hospitable and very understanding. The maintenance man is incredibly friendly and hard working. The Office manager even knows our dog's name. The apartment is spacious. We live in a 3 bed 2 bath and often have 10+ friends over for dinner or game night with room to be comfortable. The property is also quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend moving to Manhattan Apartments.

I stayed a wknd there to visit my relatives and the people upstairs all day and all night just hearing kids running all over the place jumping, stomping, and what sounds like skating across the floor. That is ridiculous, I've asked if they've complain and they have but the staff does nothing about it, I would strongly not recommend anybody living there, no different than staying at Paradise Bay or Glenn Willows

After touring a dozen apartments in Corpus Christi, we decided on Manhattan for various reasons. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet, and the rental rate is appropriate, and budget-friendly, for what the apartment offers.
We are particularly pleased with Susie. Not only did she answer our many questions, but she helped us feel safe and confident with choosing Manhattan. She is very friendly and made us feel at ease. She deserves to be recognized as a great employee!
