The place was built in 1986. Expect that some of the parts have age on them. That being said, I LOVE the maintenance crew here. Obie, and Dallas have really strong knowledge and they are true gentlemen who conduct themselves with integrity and grace while repairing the occasional clogged drain or broken shower valve properly and in a timely manner. Assistant Manager Amanda is an exemplary asset to the operation. No matter how busy she is, she addresses our concerns with respectful diligence. She has also introduced a crime watch for the place, which I think is an awesome way to go above and beyond

Current resident at the time of writing this. As everyone else says the staff here is horrible and the apartments are very poorly maintained. I have dealt with black mold since moving in. The air-conditioning has gone out 3 times since being here. The windows and doors are horrible sealed so it gets blazing hot or freezing cold in the summer or winter, which means you'll be paying for it. The carpet in my unit was not cleaned after the last tenant moved out and the carpets were caked with hair...long human hair. You might think the laundromat is a bonus but rarely do any of the machines work properly

Renter beware. My child lives here and they have submitted numerous work orders that they ignore or do not fix. The dishwasher turns on but doesn’t function. There is mold growing from under the floor in the bathroom. It seems extremely unethical as a business practice to charge $700 a month and not follow up with any issues on maintaining an apartment. Find another place.

Been here for 6 months and they've gone thru so many maintenance and management people. Maintenance takes forever to get anything done, it's like there worried about getting new renters in than worrying about the residences they already have, they never notify you when there turning off the water and when you call them on it they always say it was an "emergency" or it'll be on in a few. It's like send out a notice to residence that waters going off, they turn off water at least once a week. Also residence don't care about others vehicles my truck has been hit by someone elses door twice, my husband

If I could give these apartments no stars I would. The Management is AWFUL, the maintenance is AWFUL, the overpriced apartments are AWFUL. But let me go into a bit of detail; We unfortunately had a black widows nest in our apartment, it took the team 2 weeks to send someone to get rid of the nest. 2 weeks as an emergency request. We’ve had problems with our smoke detector going off every 5 mins (the actual alarm not the low battery notice) very bothersome to neighbors and us throughout the night and day as they took from the moment they opened until 6pm to finally send someone to just replace

My wife and I have lived here for two years now. The staff is very friendly and honestly the best we have ever delt with, the maintenance is quick to respond within reason. The grounds are very well kept, it feels safe at night, great trees outside your windows. Sadly that's where it stops.
The apartment we have been living in had/has HEAVY water damage. I'm not sure what happened before we moved in but the entire floors were replaced. I have lived her for over a year and it's pretty quiet in the backside of the complex. I can definitely see that parking is awful if you live in the front by the leasing office but further back it's just fine. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I would love it they would update their gym amenities though and the heat in the pool has been off most of this summer (which is fine since it's summer). I haven't had to call maintenance too often but they have always quickly come in and fixed things while I was away. I do have to admit that they must be older apartments because the water

The Good: Low rent, decent location for the average person with ready access to shopping (not for me; a bit too far from work), I feel very safe there no matter the time of night I might be coming home, I don't hear my neighbors except for the steps (or perhaps gymnastic tumbling passes?) of my upstairs neighbors, near-immediate response to maintenance requests, maintained grounds, management staff are super nice.

We have lived her since August 2013. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds and apartments are kept well maintained. I leave very early in the morning and feel very safe going to my car. Love the heated pools and hot tubs. Enjoy the small gym and is so nice not having to go to a big gym all the time. Also very quiet area and friendly neighbors. Would recommend Silverado Apartments.
