Where to even begin....
It was a good apartment complex when I first moved in in 2018. That quickly spiraled once American Capital Reality took over. That was when we started having hot water constantly going out in the winter for days at a time, AC units that do not keep the apartments below 82 in the phoenix summers, and constant issues with office personnel. Needless to say every time i went into the main office there were always new receptionists......in a 6 month span we went through 8 different receptionists.

If your not from Mexico your not welcome they make it known. Your complaints will be met with retaliation. Your calls to cooperate will only make things worse. Your signing away state rights so if your robbed & you defend yourself with a registered fire arm, your being evicted. You have really have to hit rock bottom to be here & if they don't want you they will do anything they can legal or illegal to keep you out or quite. Most appalling customer service in Arizona. This complex does not return calls when voicemails are left nor do they return emails. Their office is closed on both Saturday and Sunday and the majority of time you attempt to reach someone in the office they do not answer. Since the time we moved in the office is always out and the door is locked.
When they sent notice out of inspections of smoke and fire alarms, they would not guarantee a day and gave a 3 day window advising to have pets crated or off premise. I moved in 11/12/20. Didn't have issues until I put my 60 notice in. New office staff all of the time where they lack procedures, communication and follow through. I paid $1400 to cancel early, on 9/23/21. Was told I could pay my PRORATED amount online, as I moved to Texas. Well when I called and spoke to Kassandra, her information changed. She wanted me to pay full amount and wait for a refund OR fed ex money order. After speaking with Nancy and manager, I sent Prorated amt regular mail on 9/1/21. It still hasn't cleared AND now I am expected to pay over $1,000 in late fees?!?!? Would

Cassandra is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever ran across. Don’t ever call in to have something fixed because she’ll talk to you like you’re dumb. The laundry units never work & they expect you to call the company & tell them even though they have a contract. They’ll also throw random fees in and refuse to tell you why or where they came from. Also my rent has extra taxes included on top of the total with taxes already. I have an attorney already & any tenants that are also being messed over, I’m leaving my number in the laundry room west side so we can get what’s OURS!!!!

I normally dont do bad reviews especially since I live here. But I've lived here for 3 years and theres only 12 months in a year. I have recieved 36 water shut off emails since I lived here. Have I been reimbursed any of those shut offs. NO has any neighbors NO.

At the price I didn’t expect luxury. I didn’t even complain when the apartment was filthy when rented to me. I just scrubbed it before moving in. But from day one the stench of cigarette smoke coming into my apartment was overwhelming. The lease on these apartments clearly states that there is no smoking in the apartments. Very unorganized, people working in the leasing office are very rude. I was asked multiple times for documents I'd already submitted. Just super unorganized and a waste of my time. I've spent $400 on 3 application fees as well as a holding fee and after not approving me, they said there is no refunds. Waste of time and money

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!! 3 months in I saw maybe 1 or two. 6 months in and after they did an unscheduled walk through to check “Fire Extinguishers” and “smoke detectors” Ive killed more than 2 dozen roaches a day now. They are coming out of any little crack in the walls. I’ve watched them come out the drains sinks and tub. I’ve watch them come out the sockets and behind the cabinets. I can’t even get a good nights sleep because I’m woken by them crawling on me. It’s bad I have pictures. And I don’t feel comfortable talk to the front office because we have already gotten into

So far the stay here has been pretty good. I’ve had minor issues. I haven’t seen any pests. When I do need something fixed they are very attentive and they answer within a very reasonable time. The grounds are up kept. The reason for my four star is because of my neighbors. The apartments are cleaned and up kept. My apartment is spacious and I will be here for a while. My apartment is a 3/5 tiny bedroom but huge living and dining room area.

Let me start by saying Bianca must have been paid to give that 5 star review. It's terrible here. Last night I must have forgotten for the 2nd time to lock my car. Because this morning I could see someone went through my car and left all my paperwork from the glovecompartment all over mycar. I'm out of here in 30 days. They have no security and they don't care about nothing but the rent all yo see are homeless drug addicts all over the apartment complex

I do not recommend ANYONE moving in to this complex. First few months we moved into our apartment with a 12 month lease, where ok nothing to really complain about. However, a few months in started having issues with not only getting in contact with the office since they do not prioritize correctly and are plain rude. We got infested with roaches everywhere in the bathrooms,kitchen and al over the apartment. We tried to deal with them at first and it did no use. Our vehicles have been damaged multiple times and when call the office to get the "security cameras" footage they do not call

Water boiler and chiller system's FREQUENTLY go down. Often leaving you without water or air-conditioning. This past week alone the hot water has gone out twice,, the power once, and the air conditioning for an entire day. Over the past 3 years of living here (3 management companies) no one can seem to keep the system's maintained and working properly. Been moved in and living here for about 4 months and I've found nothing to complain about! They were super sweet when I first moved and even gave me a move-in basket. All maintenance issues have been resolved promptly and without hassle. Grounds are well kept and office is easily reachable. Will update if there are changes

I'd rate Melissa (the girl in the main office) lower than one star if I could. She has an absolute nasty unpleasant bad attitude. The ladies in the main office are unprofessional. She on purpose made it so complicated for me to complete my application as she gave me unnecessarily RUDE attitude all along, and talked down to me because I'm middle eastern. Plus, the place is trashy and full of thieves.

Are Y'All kidding Me, this place is amazAZing!!:D :D My Husband and I moved here 2 years ago.. with Our 2 Shitzu old/tired boys & Black Lab SERVICE DOG mini:) mix, sweet Lady. All 3 sick and deprived from living from slum to slum in UT:*( sadly it has been that way for Us for 10 years. ******We All needed a safe place to call HOME!!!!! Azura has been that for Us for 2 incredible, vacation-like {trumpet sounding} HEALthy years!! Our furry Kiddos sadly were worn to much from UT and gave Their lives so We could get better in this amazAZing state and HOME for Us here in Metro Phoenix paradise! Walks

Let me start by saying that we were not expecting luxury; with such a low rent price, we were fully aware of the quality of the units. However, we were expecting a safe, healthy, and livable space. We did not receive this. Within our first four months of renting, our unit developed a serious cockroach infestation due to the neglect of cleaning by neighbors. Our apartment was full of hundreds of roaches; they lived under our couch, behind our fridge, and in the bathroom. We notified management the second we saw the first roach. What can't I say about the wonderful People here at Azura; My Husband and I moved here from UT about 2 years ago so he can go to school. In this bustling down-town Metro area it can get noisy for studies, but low and behold: QUIET WALLS :O, for how many Bodies are busy-beein' around here We sure feel safe & peaceful inside our gated, patrolled, back-ground approved haven. The Apartment Staff has been helpful but never invasive, always lets us know as soon as possible when they are doing upgrades to rather nice digs, well worth todays' costs for a 2 br, 2 ba with utilities rolled
