Q - Do you accept Section 8 / low income? The rental requirements stay the same, and all applicants must qualify at 2.3 times the rental rate, as well as the employment and credit requirements. Q - What is your pet policy and what breeds are allowed? A - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Q - Do you have a fitness center?
We offer a service for after-hour Emergency Maintenance. This service is only to be used in the cases listed below. All other maintenance requests should be submitted to the office during normal business hours. The Emergency Phone Number is (800) 956-7793. Please only call this number between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. on weekdays, and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

I lived at Gloria Homes/Bali for 11 years alone. The property was always pretty quiet and safe overrall. I moved away to be closer to work a few months before the pandemic. I actually loved the renovations to the property and surrounding neighborhood areas!
The management and maintenance staff do a great job at taking care of the tenants needs from what I experienced in my long-term residency. I was there through the ups/downs and through my life's challenges..and Rasheema and Hasani were always professional and helpful. I feel my overrall experience was great!

The Community is peaceful and friendly. I especially was pleased with the staff. My Apartment was just as described and my family and are quite satisfied. I would recommend this Community to others. Thank you. -

Came back to edit my review after Gloria Homes stole my mom’s wheelchair van. They had her van towed at 11pm then claimed that she parked in the red. The van was there for months and was not in the red. This is gross on the highest level. Disgusting, evil, and greedy.

This was my first apartment ever and the absolute worst. The worst year of my life. Gloria homes / Bali apartments / Jones and Jones Management whatever they would like to be called it the absolute worst ! I promise you guys do not want to move into this apartment complex. They have absolutely no communication skills & they will try to take all your money if you let them. Their prices and ridiculous for no reason, honestly wouldn’t mind paying the price if it was worth it. You’re getting nothing for your money worth and they are always sending ppl to walk into your apartment with no notice

This is the worst apt complex I’ve ever lived in. Black mold in and coming through the walls and leasing office couldn’t care less about the health or safety of the tenants. Was told they would PAINT OVER IT to fix. Way too expensive for the unsafe neighborhood and NO PARKING. Laundry machines are ALWAYS broken. Also had my car towed from my OWN spot. Do not move here, I assure you, you will regret it.

I applied for an apartment with the Gloria homes and a man named Brandon was helping me and through the whole process he never told me that your credit score have to be high to qualify took my $45 and in less than 24 hours he told me that I didn't qualify because due to my credit if he had told me that you had to have a extra high credit score I never would have paid the $45 so I feel like they stole my money and I only did they take my money they made me waste at least two weeks of searching for an apartment and I need an apartment by June 1st so now I'm back to square one

Angela!!! you rock.

Angela Williams the Assistant Manager is phenomenal at her position. When ever I speak with her, All of my concerns are met with straightforward answers. I have been here for 20 yrs... within that time there has been great assistant managers except for the assist manager Demetria Sells (horrible and rude) the one right before Angela "Guardian Angel" arrived.
Angela has always taken care of any issues I may have, and always in a polite and speedy manner.

Listen to me people, every negative thing people post about this place is true, pests, bbugs, towing your car from your own spot- it's all true. Do not move here. The reason the rent is going up is because of gentrification and location, not because its getting better.

I just want to update my review...
Angie, one of the managers in office, she immediately called me address my concerns and the very next morning at 8:30 a.m. Carlos and Juan fix my closet, took both of the closet off did some realignment did some cutting and fixed it :-) :) with expediency!!
Both of the maintenance gentleman were very courteous fixed my bathtub addressed any concerns that I had.
Sometimes it just takes a phone call to make contact with the person. In this case Angie took that step of sincere personal interest, address my concern and I Thank you so much Angie you

I have lived here for about 5 years now. For the most part it is a quiet community with very little drama. The management team is very quick and handles any situation well. The maintenance team has been very fast in completing work orders and fixing issue within the apartments. The surrounding areas can be a little sketchy but that isn't at fault of the complex itself. The complex is located next to a little shopping center with a ralphs along with other stores and restaurant. So far I have not had any issues and will continue to live here for some time

I came in to view an apt listing and my agent, A.D. was extremely helpful! He gave a tour of the entire property and was helpful in answering all of my questions. The application process was also really easy...needless to say I moved into my new place a week later and I. LOVE. IT! Thanks!

Barely, moved into the apartments. Throughout the whole process, Laura has been a great help. Laura definitely went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be anymore appreciative. The apartment that I got is very nice. The whole kitchen has been renovated, and it has been newly painted as well. Everything looks like it's in good shape and in good working order. I really have no complaints so far, since we just moved. However, the company should definitely give a huge praise to Laura and the other staff because they are all amazing hard workers and give their 100% all the time.

Bali Apartments has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called in regards to an apartment that is bigger than my unit that was the same price and the assistant property manger (Demetria) argues with me throughout the whole entire conversation THE ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER. She is very unprofessional and does not have any respect for the residents. I have had many problems in regards to my unit (the closet door, carpets that are not clean etc) and I have only been with this apartment not even 5 months. I do not recommend this place at all. Do Not Move Here! Save your money and look somewhere else. First off the office staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. You would never think you were talking to adults with how bad their attitudes are. They need to be trained in customer service and learn how to talk to people.

One staff member gave us wrong information which we trusted and now we literally have to pay for it. No apologies, no responsibility taken. Just called it a misunderstanding, yea a misunderstanding we have to pay for because they did not care to explain the details or give all the information we needed to make an informed

This is my first time ever, writting any review but i am really happy with Gloria homes so far. I moved to this place on feb 12th and I like the services i received by the management, it was completed within a day.
A.D. in the leasing office is the person who showed me the apartment and gone through with every detail and not only this he even helped me out in getting my furniture delivery since i was at work and I couldnt be there to receive my furniture also it was hard for me to take all inside the apartment since it was couch and bed frame but A.D. reached there on time and made sure that all

Leasing office staff can be very rude, which seems to be the consensus amongst many tenants. Customer service definitely needs to improve among so many others things i.e Parking, Visitor Hours, etc. How about some appreciation for long-standing tenants? SMH

I was a little bit put off by the reviews pre-move in, but I've lived here for a year and loved every moment. Demetria in the office is amazing she helped me move in and resolve any little thing that came up during my time there.

The complex is beautiful, safe and well maintained plus my neighbors were all great. The management company does everything by the book legally which is great (no surprises, no getting taken advantage of). Haven't gotten my deposit back yet but I'm not worried for that reason.

Honestly I'm very sad to be moving out of this complex, but work opportunities

I love everything about my apartment except for the nasty rude impersonal front office crew and a security guard whose name starts with a C. Other than that, I loved it. I've been here 3 years. They take advantage of people when they change their rules without notice. If I could live here without those two nuisances, I'd stay here forever.

A lady whose name starts with A D and another lady in the front office have horrible attitudes, a little too unprofessional for my liking, and honestly made me question how they got the jobs in the first place.

This place is known for towing cars. My car was towed this morning 12/21/16 for expired registration from my parking space. I called the leasing office (they were rude, of course) they said they had given me several warnings. I asked them to send copies of those warnings, because I had not received any on my car, email, or phone. The warnings listed a grey Toyota Corolla. I have a grey Toyota Corolla. However, the dates and times on the aforementioned tickets were assigned to me while me and my car was at work. License plate number on the tickets are different from my own. And to top it all off

At 7:40 a.m. I woke up to a line of cars honking. I looked out my window and what do I see??! Another car being towed. There were 10 cars that were being blocked from leaving because the tow truck was busy towing. I understand the security guards are here to keep the grounds safe and secure. However, when people are trying to get to work and can't do so because they have to wait on the tow truck to finish his/her job is inconvenient to the people who live here.

I have lived in their building off Coliseum St. since last Halloween and couldn't be happier. The people are great that live around me onto of begin warm and tolerant to each other whenever 'life' happens as it tends to do from time to time.
I live in the one bedroom on the second floor with a view to the 'crazy back alley' out my bathroom and bedroom window to remind me whenever I look out it why it was that I started referring to it as' "The crazy back alley out my bedroom window." Which is my humorous way of putting a label on the funny stuff that tends to play out daily in the alley.

This neighborhood is unsafe. and the landlord wont care about your safety.
Whey will charge you a minimum of 2 months and your deposit before they let you go for your own safe of safety. without helping or finding any middle any grounds.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The management company is trying to drive out residents that have been here for years like me. Because they have now raised rents on all incoming residents, it is in their favor to get rid of those that pay $975 per month for a one bedroom. Recently, the worst part of this situation has been their new "security company", All Action. They are rude and treat the residents like suspects. My car was illegally towed from my own apartment because the back tire was touching the red curb. Not only this, but a citation was issued one hour and ten minutes
