We live here now and honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to sign a lease .It's nothing like it was when we stayed 7 years ago ! We can't wait to move ! We have a continuous issue which doesn't seemed to be cared about at all! No proper communication!

Tons of roaches. Paper thin walls. People blast music all through the night. Our place had a bad mold problem. The management company went through employees, no one wants to work for them. Small pool. Never felt safe. Small apartments that smelled bad. Don't live here.

I never stayed here but i had a chance with talking with the office workers. THEY. ARE. AMAZING! I had been put out of my apartment the very first 2 hrs of us getting in to it due to a fire and they called me to make sure i was ok and see if they could help me out anyway they could and I completely appreciate it.

I was visiting my mom this past week for spring break and I love the place here. The people were so nice and the workers are amazing. My mom took me up to the office to meet the ladies up there and they were so nice! My moms toilet overflowed on saturday and the guys were there within 10 minutes to fix it even though they weren't technically working. The property manager even called her to make sure it was taken care of. I really like this place for my mom.
