Do not move here y'all. There was an enormous wasp infestation in the apartments when I moved in. I personally killed 27 wasps INSIDE my 1 bedroom apartment. More than that though, no one is ever available in the office once you move-in, maintenance never shows up, etc. It was infuriating trying to move-out. No one would reply to my calls or emails. Took them over 3 weeks to respond to my termination of lease. And nearly 3 months after moving out, they sent me a bill for new carpeting. 0/5 stars would not recommend

These apartments are horrible if I could give no stars I would the management is terrible they will not resolve any of your issues until you call corporate office.If you’re inquiring about this place please reconsider.Mice, spiders and etc they will send a company out to spray it gets worst . Tenets doesn’t stay that’s how terrible Vert at Sixfork apartments are.

All I can say is the two women in office now is definitely not the last manager and agent we had before them. I really miss Ms. Katherine and Onya...... These two NEVER answer the phone and actually be sitting right in front of the phone watching it ring. I know because I call and go to the office and NO ONE else is in the office but THEM TWO WOMEN. THEY'RE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! CANT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP.!!!!!! And the Maintenance team.OH BOY!!!! IT'S SCARY

I recently moved to Vert @ Six Forks, August 12, 2020. Within the first 3 days my apartment had flooded, granted 13 others did as well due to hurricane season, and then the following day my air conditioning… unit went out. I tried to hold out hope, so I didn't let this run me off. They worked promptly and as diligently as possible to resolve all my issues, but there are too many problems occurring.

I lived in the vert for almost 2 years, and would have renewed if work hadn't transferred me. The kitchen upgrades in my loft were great. I only used the fireplace twice, but loved having it. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and for the most part quiet. There are several young children that play around the property and yes, they make some noise, but never after 7 pm as long as i lived there. If you have the chance, take a tour, worth living here.

Vert at Six Forks has a very caring Apartment Manager. She helped the tenants during last weekend's water shutdown from a car accident that damaged the waterline source. Kathryn ,the Apartment Manager was on site in person on a Sunday, when she normally does not work the office, to personally hand out water to each tenant. Good job from an Apartment Manager !!!

Do not move here unless you want to spend an astronomical amount of money on heating and cooling each month. I am talking about 200.00 electric bills and still have 2 very different climates upstairs and downstairs.
Upstairs remains hot, and downstairs remains chilly. I lived alone and kept the heat and AC on conservative levels (heat 65, AC 78!)… still ended up with big bills because there are a LOT of drafty windows and doors.
Heating unit often blew cold air, nothing was done. I mentioned severe drafts, nothing was done.

This has probably been the worst living experience Ive had. There are no repercussions to the amount of work this place needs in order to be deemed livable. We moved into a "renovated" space, when all it was was a new floor and an extra counter. We couldnt even fit our box springs up the stairs because the stair way is too small. The space, in… general, is too small. A/C is non-existant in the summer; because for some reason we arent allowed to have window units. So we have to buy 200 dollar equipment, which takes up even MORE space in our already small space, in order to keep the place

I'm in the unfortunate position of needing to update my former review. While the apartment itself is OK, and the location is good, the office staff is absolutely abysmal. They took over a little over 6 months ago, and my experiences with them have gone downhill since then. They do not answer the phone, and they do not forward or follow up on maintainance requests. The team of maintenance workers they have is the only bright spot. They are prompt, kind, extraordinarily helpful, and go out of their way to get your request taken care of.

They do not care about you here. When my rent checked bounced for some unknown reason they forced me to pay a late fee. Which I would understand if their website had been working where we usually pay rent. It wasn't working in the days leading up to the first and still not working as the days went on. My room mate had no way to get to the office… during open hours because of her work schedule. She always pays online. So I had to pay her rent. I was relocating to Raleigh from Virginia, So i called vert at six forks about getting a 1 bedroom apartment and Danielle answered the phone with a great greeting and smile she is so pleasant and the other staff is awesome as well. She told me what to do in order to get the application process done quickly, So I submitted my application that next day and the process only took 24 hours for me to hear back from them, I was approved quickly so I visited the site for a tour again Danielle showed me a model apartment and the site is really really nice Nice gym , clubhouse, and pool. Living here has been a very frustrating experience. They worked with us to get us in on a short month lease that was good, but since then we haven't had water in our kitchen sink for 5 days, the office staff was talking about residents personal information in open office space, no communication about pool closures. Overall...you should find another place to stay.
