DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They lie, they cheat, and they steal. They bend the rules and when rentals come up they will put their families first on the list. They like to discriminate as well and put the blame on others instead of taking responsibility for their actions. They don't care about getting anything fixed in a timely manner but will charge you an arm and a leg for rent when you're late. If you have ever called and complained to them about one of their tenants for being too loud and they didn't do anything about it it's because their family members live there

I have been in one of their business rentals for many years now.
There are things that could be improved upon but I think that is the
lack of ownership's willingness to make improvements.

The staff at Gonella have always worked with me when there is a problem in the
building.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Awful service. Never do any repairs. Harassed me over browning grass during a pandemic and a water shortage/drought.
Then they took my entire $2700 deposit for repairs that were never completed prior to move in. Those items are even stated in the move in inspection and they are still trying to charge. DO NOT rent from them if you have an option!!!!!

You don't get to have face to face contact with the team...I like seeing who I have business with... other than that it was great.

I rent from Gonella. I would give them 3.5 stars. I honestly don’t have any major complaint. There is some sort of lag time when putting in a work order and depending on the amount Gonella has to get approval from the owner of the property. If you pay your rent on time and keep the property up there shouldn’t be any issues.

Lousy people and service.negative 1 star .dont fix a thing could care less about there clients.nothing to them means anything but the money .but when you late they at your door quick fast to throw you and your loved ones in the street.wouldnt recomend there services to anybody .just looking out for the had working people and giving them a heads up.scammers when it comes to that late fee trick.sneaky sneaky

Alisha was excellent in acquiring several repairs and screening/obtaining a new tenant for our rental property in a timely fashion with concise updates. Previously, it took many emails, calls and unnecessary back/forth to coordinate simple, routine tasks such as this. Very happy they have new management that is more effective for everyone. Be careful renting from Gonella.
Becareful with this company they will apply late fees even if you're not late. Very Rude employees. Make sure you call asap to have them check cameras for their false late fees.

Worst company to deal with!! Seriously the worst
They deserve no stars at all. I called for a house and was told to apply and pay $80. Paid the application fees, then called them back, was told that we were approved and on top of the list. I was told that someone will give me a call within two day, never received a call so I called back to follow up and was told that we were second on the list now. I tried arguing but of course they are CARELESS. I was told that they'll let me know if the other person decides not to take the house within 24-48 hours. Again, never received a call. I don&apos

If I could put no stars I would. This company from the start was very rude and unprofessional. The house wasn't cleaned nor were the carpets. I was told when my AC went out that due to living in California it was considered a luxury. I work in property management myself and I would never tell any of my tenants that, I would try my best to get the AC fixed ASAP or get them a portable AC unit. This company has no way of paying rent online which is such an inconvenience for all tenants. Get with the times!

I rented from Gonella for three years. Their customer service was always helpful and they were fast to follow through with any work orders I placed. If I had any questions they answered them politely; and if they didn't know someone almost always called me back. The only real problem I encountered with them was during move out. They nickeled and dimed me for EVERYTHING, even things that were there when I moved in (I have pictures). I put in a work order a couple weeks before I moved out and they refused to fix it because it was too close to my move out date. They told me they would just assess

This place deserves zero stars. When you move out they will screw you out of your deposit. They will charge you for every little thing just to take your deposit. Go somewhere else!!!

I have owned a house in Merced for over 15 years and Gonella has managed it for me the entire time. The personal service given me by Tina and the staff at Gonella has been outstanding, and it has allowed me to be away from the property for months on end and not worry about it. Tina takes care of my house like it's her own! I really can't express how pleased I am about the service I have gotten all these years. Highly recommended. Very rude customer service. I've called multiple times for different house and every time I always get the run around or just tons of attitude for asking questions.

I would highly recommend Gonella Property Management to anyone looking to rent or having their properties managed. From their residential to commercial properties they take pride in the services they offer and the condition of their properties! I have found them to be extremely responsive in returning calls and answering any questions that I had concerning a property. From office staff to vendors to management, I can not think of a more professional organization.

This is the worst property manage place to go to they don't return your phone calls they don't fix anything that's broken they take your money don't ever go through them the worst place I've ever gone through I will never go through them again beware they will screw you over

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Don't waste your time if you are a first time renter. They have possibly the worst customer service and they make you feel inferior to them for simply asking questions, they didn't even tell us we got denied until we constantly called. We recently called another company making us realize how we should be treated as future tenants. DON'T waste your time and listen to the other reviews as I should've!

Read the reviews & you will see that this is not a good place to rent from! We were charged thousands of dollars after moving out even tho we paid someone to come clean. They made us pay to re carpet the entire home and to fix the falling down fence.

GONELLA property management has always been very professional managing my properties recently I found that I had a gutter problem on one of my homes and asked them to send someone to replace the gutters they were done in a reasonable amount of time the price was right and they look amazing. Everyone in the office is very helpful whenever I have a problem to deal with.

If I could give zero stars I would! It is funny that their name includes "Management" because their is none in this agency! This is a pure rip off!!! Don't pay those $20 application fee! They will only screw you over. Rather safe that money and look for a better agency. After I submitted my application there were complications over complications and no support at all. I missed out on so many houses I was interested in and just wasted time by dealing with those nonsense problems.
