We have been waiting since June to finish everything on our rental. Many things were finished. Our handler left your firm and it was dropped. Recently you sent a handyman we loved. He has completed most of the work and we are very satisfied with his work. Things are getting much better. I am sure now that everything will be completed.

We are so glad to find Joseph and Riverside properties to manager our rental property in Merced. Joseph goes out of his way to be helpful and often offers additional support to make our life easier. This company didn't follow up on my request for 10% rent increase from May till October. When they finally sent me the new signed contract they didn't check the new rent when the tenants paid for it and I again had to ask them to check why the 10% increase hadn't been added. I haven't seen the increase yet on 10/21/21 although I asked not to wait forwarding it to me. This has cost me 4 months of 10% increase and all I get is an excuse. Initially when I signed up with this company, upon the recommendations of my retiring previous property manager, Mr. Cox didn't respond to 3 messages I sent him

Pretty much everything has been a breeze with this place. I appreciate the tech-forward approach to lease signing, payments, etc. The online tenant center is nice, easy to navigate, and has good info available. Maintenance is easy to request and very responsive... they even got my A/C up and running the very next morning after it crapped out on us. Thank you!

I've worked with River Drive Properties for nearly a year and I am extremely content with their service. It was my first time renting out my property, and Joseph, with the help of his team, made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Anytime I had a question, they were quick and thorough with their responses. I also appreciated how their owner portal has all the payment information as well as any receipts from work they need to do. They are transparent, honest, and quick with listing your properties. River Drive is managing our property for 2+ years now and do a marvelous job. We never worried about the home since they regularly would check our place, keep us up to date and always felt informed. The staffs are highly responsive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I highly recommend working with Joseph cox for any escalations who cares about the service he delivers.
