I would not recommend moving here. My lease began July 9th I was moved out by July 14.. It looked like they didn’t even clean the apartment before moving me in and on top of that there were roaches crawling up and down the walls i thought it was a small issue turns out when i opened the back door 10-15 came running inside found out they were nesting in the back door they didn’t want to change it unless maintenance said so. Walls were dirty, pantry was missing a knob, the light in the refrigerator was hanging, big holes around the pipes. I wish i could give zero stars.

I am a current resident been here a couple years since day one I always disliked Scarlett the property manager she is rude just overall a nasty individual how I survived was dealing with her bare minimum but to no avail u still have to in order to get maintenance issues taken care of. They are only concerned with the outside of the property to attract new renters the inside of apartment are never touched and therefore very outdated. The past few months since Kevin the best maintenance guy left they have gone through more than 10 maintenance men in less than 3 months...which have resulted in longer

1st comment before move-in: I went for a visit and the lady seemed cool and real trusting. She gave me the keys to do my own tour and although the place was outdated the spacing, quiet and older building strength in the walls makes me really want this to be a #1 pick if I decided to move to the Southside.
Update after move-in: I ended up moving in. The office manager is still the best I've had since I've left my condo community of 10 years. However, the only problems I've developed is sort of a repeat of where I just left after I moved in. The walls are thin. Besides the normal everyday living

OUTRAGEOUS Bill of water. We only live two people my husband and I we work all day from to 7 until we get back. We dont use dishwasher and no washer and no dryer and we keep getting bills of $100.00 dollar or arround that. Need to get new pleople in managment that lady is rude. I got a past due balance on my water bill and she trying to charge me 200.00 extra dollar in the new bill. No place for kids to place averything is very old even the floor faucets has to be closed very hard if not water will leak. Dont move in here maintnance is very poor. And there is things i could keep

DO NOT RENT. HERE RACIST my friend lives here and had a stroke therefore is out of work and has been struggling to pay rent. we have a social worker that is going to help with pay and resources. i went to help translate to english but do not speak lots english. i try to get lady to use translator on my phone and she said i need learn speak english. this management is very racist. we have recording of this conversation and we will be taking legal action. water bill for one person is over $100 a mo. so so crazy people here

My wife and my mom lived there for 3 years .Please i would not refer this place to anyone unless you don't have a steady income. the management is worse and talk to people with no respect. Parking is problem at night and they don't stick to the rules. The apartments have roaches everywhere . They only want to get money out of you but they can't provide the best customer service. Plus, maintenance does not even come on time because they are only two men on the spot. THey are so cheap and careless about residents. THEY don't deserve any star

Worst experience. I've only lived here for 2 months and am terminating my lease. I moved in and a week later got infested with bedbugs, that an exterminator said we're definitely there before we moved in. Supposedly it was a "newly refurbished" apartment. They refuse to help us saying it's our fault and are threatening to evict us for the bedbugs they already had. If you happen to move into 2107 apt F, move away.

Well the receptionist is very rude. It takes too many days for the maintenance to come over to repair any damage . For example, my water bills keeps going up because no one seems to care to do their job. They are lacking maintenance staff and t is affecting tenants . I have been in their apartments for 3 years going to 4. Can't wait to get out here. If you have kids , don't bother coming over here because there is no place for them to play and swimming pool is mostly dirty and too small for this small community.
