They don't care about you at all they only care about rent and bills for things that aren't a part of your unit i.e hallway lights, dumpsters that ARE ALWAYS OVERFLOWING, lights and heat in the laundry room for the homeless people to stay and make picnic, do drugs, make a ruckus, etc., Our heater hasn't worked in the past two years and everytime we call maintenance they just tap it with a hammer and tell it's working and then leave. And now our heater has a gas leak so now we are COMPLETELY WITHOUT HEAT. Should I mention that there's a snow storm happening as I'm typing

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Save your money. Pay more for somewhere else because its a cheap place but you gain headaches and bad times. Management gives you runarounds for every situation. No proper follow up. AC went out during the summer for a whole month before maintenance fixed it. Water always goes out or no hot water. The hallways were pepper sprayed and we almost suffocated and management never took any responsibility. Apartments in horrible condition. The hallways always smelled like sewage. The community always smelled like trash. So unclean even though you pay a monthly fee for maintenance

If I could give a zero star review this would be one, this place is by far the worst apartment building in Denver. Roaches terrible neighbors trash piled high as can be and the office staff couldn't be worse. Do not live here if you can help it they will charge you for the most ridiculous things and you'll live in the worst apartment you've ever imagined.

If i could give q negative 10 i would. Moved here in February, things were great at first. Yesterday nov 15th they sent out a note saying the key they had doesnt work and if we didnt give them a key for them to make a copy they would change our locks. Weird, because days prior a maintenance man came to check if the copy they had worked, and it did. Next morning (today) we gave them the key and then came home at 6pm to find our locks changed amd no new key. How fun to come home from work, tired, cold, to find out you cant even get into your own apartment

Tuesday after my work day, 4:45 pm, I walked into the Ivy Crossing offices with a problem. Rosa and Joely were very calm, I wasn't so much, and we worked through this problem. I was able to walk out of the office with resolution. Rosa and Joely were committed to helping me. They stayed after their office hours had passed in order to assist. I appreciated their calm, time, and talent. Happy New Year

Didn't even live here because they denied my application after taking weeks to process it, over a month since the denial email and I still don't have a refund for the holding deposit I put down to reserve an apartment while they processed my application. Of course every time I call or send an email it gets avoided and no one responds. Glad I got denied here, can tell it would have been an absolute nightmare. Better business bureau will be contacted and someone should get the health department involved. Feel bad for anyone having to live there.

Dirty apartments with a constant police presence and the worst management team out there. They close the leasing office at any of time of day for any reason so expect to try to pick up your mail three or four times and that's if someone didn't steal it since most the time they just throw your packages on the floor with no one watching them. Horrible place to live

This place is horrible i lived here for almost a year ive spent snowy days and summer days snowy days you have to be careful they dont do anything to clean the snow it just melt away and summer time the A/C stops working and it takes them months to come to you their excuse is that they have to order new A/C without them coming to your place and checking it out my apartment was so hot i had to plug in 3 fans and open all the windows and it was still hot i had to do a fake report of the light to get them to come and fix it i canceled the contract before time and now im trying to pay it and everytime

I had sent over the requested documents of my emotional support animal to wave the fees and deposit of my dog and they still ended up changing me and the balance they took from me was $311.00 and they told me they made an mistake so they callede in to sign a new lease and they still never gave my money back that they stole from me I'm suing today it's been over two months and I even asked them to put it towards my rent, that they are now saying I'm late for with late fees. I complained to Arleen who works there and she has ignored me about it so I'm going to the court today.

Id like to let any other young adults trying to figure out how to live by themselves not move in here. Every single month I have seen roaches in my apartment no matter what drastic measures I take, anytime you mention anything to the staff, they will acknowledge it but not care. There is zero communication between any single person here and all of the technology that they try so hard to run. They will try to sell you and entice you with all of these new and great ways to communicate and live but they are unable to do so.

Is your sink broken? No worries it’ll only take weeks for someone to come and fix the problem. In the meantime enjoy the smell of rotten food and mildew. Oh and don’t forget the roaches that had a 5 start resort in the sink. Seriously this place takes weeks sometimes months to fix something and sometimes they don’t even fix anything. Find a different place to live because it’s not worth it to live here.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all I'm constantly having to park far because of them threatening to tow my car because of my temp tags like I could've sworn we just got a hand on this COVID virus barely this year and DMVs are still appointment only to get everything updated so why not send out emails or even documents in the papers we sign while singing our leases stating that we legally should have all of our cars plates and temps up to date instead of towing or giving 24 hrs to basically do something about it it's bullsh*t in my opinion I won't be signing over another

I have been here for almost a full year and I’m happy my lease is almost up. It’s a great place if you don’t mind loud neighbors, possible roach infestations, facilities like laundry room being broken and the beautiful sound of neighbors arguing and throwing down objects that break CAM area windows. My experience here has not been the best at all. I have gotten incorrect information about rent a few times before causing me to have to pay late fees due to the incompetence of leasing agents. My heat was broken twice (during colder months) and air was broken once for a month (in July). It took

Literally the worst place to live in Denver. Everybody in the office is either an Indian or a Mexican who are zero help at all. The manager Gabriella will Hangup on you if you even can get ahold of her. She's always eating or on a lunch break. I highly recommend not living here. They will tow your car if it's not broken into first by the ghetto community. Also there are no lights in the complexes. The laundry machines don't even work and you have to buy a laundry card to use them. The worst ETHNIC property management group in denver don't do it. Rant over.

Please do not live here!!! This place is disgusting and the customer service is horrible. My A/C was not operational for a MONTH! Mind you it’s summer and I have two kids how absurd. “I” the person who is giving you guys rent had to take the initiative to call three times! So many issues with this complex I will NOT renew my lease. Infested with roaches, water leaks in kitchen and bathroom. Horrible smell when entering the hallways to your apartment. The people who work there have bad attitudes and everything is an inconvenience. Manager is the worst of them all. Her attitude is repulsive

Although the apartment needs improvements, the management and staff are very respectful, reliable and very clean . Especially staff member Arleen (I think) she made me feel at home . I can come to her with any problems , especially if manger is busy or not available. I didn't live here long but my time here was great. Thankyou Arleen(hopefully I got your name right,sorry if I didn't) . It's better then the other apartment complex I have lived in.

Apartments are filled with roaches ! I had 2 babies, one learning to crawl and for my first apartment I thought it would be good for us! No it wasn’t, the staff was nice at first helping us apply but after we moved in they were completely rude! When showering my tub would fill up and not drain for over an hour, I wouldn’t be able to even bathe my babies, they always had showers wish made you feel dirty still because the tub filling up. Maintenance could be more on top of things, they make excuses to not fix the AC. I moved out within a month living there, if I could rate this place a Zero I

Honestly this complex is so ghetto. The neighbors are always stealing something, I was out of town for 2 weeks and I come home to my doormat missing. I was looking around to see if could find it, I didn't even have to look hard because the neighbors at the end took it. It's sad you can't even keep something outside your door. It's sad. The whole property is ridiculous, there's so many potholes that need to be filled. The grass is always covered in people's trash. What's the point of paying for the common area if no one can walk thru it without stepping in trash

My lease ends in a month despite me explaining my situation and that I'd pay them there money I owe. They are getting courts involved with a eviction notice. About i couple months ago I filled out a form explaining how the pandemic and outside situations caused me to fall behind. Not only does it seem like they don't care about the cdc regulations they don't care about there residents. Extremely happy about leaving this place and hope u consider other apartments then these as they are not worth the amount of money they charge.

If I could put -5 stars I would, the office staff aren't helpful at all, nobody ever knows anything as far as information, but sure are quick to charge you extra fees about bs. A bunch of rude, lazy, unprofessional people and the whole complex is trash, just throw the whole thing away.

I was interested in the property and tried filling out the application. I had some questions about the renter insurance since I've never had to set it up myself before. I asked them if I put no for renters insurance on the application but get it when I move in, if my application would be thrown away. I called 3 times to ask and each time a different person answered and didn't know the answer to my question and told me they would call me back. Finally, my 4th time calling, they told me if I press no, they'll get me set up with renters insurance. So I'm ready to send in my application

How to describe "ivy Crossing ppl" Lazy irrespirable! Every time you go to the leasing office like if they where doing a favor for you and you are bothering them. Las year my unit was full of bedbugs! I I had to do treatment! Become they didn't care! Back in March! I asked the if they could fix my bathroom fan! Guess! What? After FOUR MONTHS THEY FINALLY FIXED 2 days a go. After that my fridge stoped working! We had lots a frozen foods! Obviously they got bad because they weren't in the fridge! I showed they recipes and asked for some extra credit! It's been two 2!! Months
