Bu far the worst living experience of my life. My friends and girlfriend were constantly harassed or condescended by maintenance workers anytime there was an issue at my apartment (which was often). On 3 occasions the maintenance staff couldn't even fix the issue so I had to do it myself.
The management staff defended the maintenance person in question and he still has a job today. And the staff was also condescending with a ton of extra charges upon move out. Every person from the top down here is so impossibly incompetent at their job that even the low price of these apartments isn&apos

Highly recommend this community. The office staff is stellar. They are pet friendly (they have a dog park). Pool is nice to hop in and go for a swim plus there is laundry on site if you don't have a washer/dryer. Location is just down the road from Rosepepper, Ugly Mugs, and Five Daughters Bakery. They are even building a Publix, Chase Bank, and Starbucks at the end of the street. Super awesome location and nice community vibes. Family neighborhood and LGBTQ+ friendly. Been living here for 5 months now and it was an excellent choice!

Like several other reviewers, I was inexplicably sued by Eastwood Green after moving out. I had a fine experience when I lived at Eastwood Greene from 2017-2018. About a year after moving out, I was contacted by a debt collection attorney stating that Eastwood Greene was suing me for early termination of my lease.
When ending my year lease with Eastwood Greene all final bills were paid and there was no mention of any additional money owed.
Be very careful renting with this facility. I would recommend getting a signed release from Eastwood Greene when moving out to try and avoid getting sued

BEWARE!!! I honestly do not know where to start but this is the worst place to rent period!!! Management is flat out terrible. They have no remorse for the safety of their residents. There have been robberies very month, 10 vehicles broken into weekly. Management states that "crime happens everywhere". The cameras do not work. The apartments have been cheaply renovated. For $1500 a month it is absolutely ridiculous for residents to feel unsafe and have property damaged. If you want to be ripped off and unsafe, move into this complex. Not only are you paying rent, you also have the expense

The apartment was nice, but my goodness with management. We had the alarms ring for an hour and couldn't get a hold of the emergency contact at the property that we had to call the fire fighters because we thought it really was an emergency when it was just a glitch. It was so bad. Then when you move out, they don't notify you of any outstanding charges. No email, phone call. You log in your payment portal and it has zero balance. But months later, you get a letter from an attorney threatening you to pay off an outstanding balance from their property!?? I'm so over these people.

We have submitted 2 maintenance requests: 1 for the tree that fell knocking down a power line and 1 for the distribution box in the hallway that has been beeping since last night. I have heard no response for the maintenance requests and walked up to the leasing office to inquire about any updates. Office hours state Saturdays they are open until 5, and it's still before 5pm (currently 4:37 as I type this) and no one was in the office. I tried calling the emergency maintenance line multiple times, but no one answers. The apartments that do have power have low voltage (brownout). We have already

Lease here at your own risk. I've lived here almost three years. I can prove 18 robberies within the last year and a half. I've been robbed twice in the last 30 days. The regional manager refuses to do anything whatsoever. I can also prove dozens of cases of vandalism. Five vehicles have had windows shattered over night here in the last 30 days and been vandalized. I'm at a loss of thousands of dollars personally. Because five vehicles have been vandalized this month, the regional manager won't do anything whatsoever, because "it could happen anywhere." That's

The location might be appealing being 5 minutes from 5 points, but save your money! These apartments appear clean, brand new appliances, etc. but there was mold in my darkly painted cabinets. I ended up breaking my lease and getting out of this dump. I heard just a few years back that there were drug addicts etc living here.

Living at Eastwood Greene has been one of the best experiences. It almost feels as if we are separated from the rest of the city, and in our own little area. Every morning I wake up to birds and the sun, it truly is an outstanding experience. The office staff is extremely helpful, and answers to any questions/concerns right away. Maintenance are some of THE best individuals, as they are kind and beyond intelligent. The best part is how pet friendly the entire complex is. From the staff, to my neighbors, everyone just loves each others pets. Eastwood Greene is home, and truly has been one of the

The apartments are nice, but get ready to be incredibly familiar with your neighbors as the walls and the ceilings are paper thin. Front office used to be great but then everyone either got fired or left -- now they just let anyone with half-decent credit in (so, everyone). Band practice and pot smoke at all hours if you're unlucky. You'll know your neighbors schedule as you can hear every door open and close. Management won't do anything. Get a top floor apartment or look elsewhere as it will be super loud.
