I I've them one star because , the office is always close and they never answer the phone. They need people in the office that way to work. They getting free money cause they not doing any work in the office, hell they barely in the office. That man and lady is never in the office, and never return calls.

I gave a one star because I have emailed and left a message with office and didn't get no response. I moved in May and now I applied for rental assistance July 12. I need the office to do their part of the application. I sent the information to them and still they have not done their part. I am trying not to be evicted but at same time I did this with plenty of time. I am very upset now cause I don't know what to do. Even called Gene B Glick resident relations and left message. Still nothing. I was happy to move out here but now I am not with lack of service

I have spent the last year living here. The people who work at the leasing office are really nice, and so is all the maintenance people I have had an encounter with. If you have a maintenance problem, they are out there that day if not the next. The maintenance people are AMAZING at keeping the grounds upkept and looking nice. I really appreciated them while living here. For living in a pretty wooded area, I am very suprised I did not deal with more pest than what I had to. I only saw ants here and there. If you feel like there is too much pest in your apartment, they do have a pest control specialist

I have lived at The Woods of Eagle Creek for six months and I'm very disappointed in the service I have received from day one. I was forced to push back my move-in day because there was a scheduling error (this was a major inconvenience). My backyard area was full of weeds 2 feet high when I moved in, I contacted the office requesting someone to assist with it and they said they would send someone out. It's now four months later and I've had to do it on my own every single time. I have recently attempted to contact the office eight times in the last 3 days and I have yet to have anyone pick up

I've lived here since September of 2018, and after having some AWFUL renting experiences in college, I'm very grateful that I chose to live here. My apartment is spacious and was clearly well maintained before I got there. Maintenance has been done within 24 hrs every time and I thought the staff gave us plenty of notice for routine maintenance. I've also found the staff to be very helpful, professional and kind individuals. My only complaints would be the lack of parking spaces (it can be difficult to find a spot most evenings), the very muddy dog park and the constant emergency water shut-offs

The worst apartments ever! Please do not waste your hard earn money into these apartments. Rent is high the quality Is POOR. It took them 2 months to fix my water heater in the winter, my hallway light went off ( due to electrical problem) 3 months later no one has come to fix it. I have mold on my window they haven't done anything about it. Now my toilet is not properly flushing and it's backing up into my Tub since Sunday it is happening to other tenants as well.
It's a broken pipe that no one has come to fix. It's very disappointing to have to pay so much money and have

I would give them a 1 star but the maintenance guys are really nice and prompt. The office staff on the other hand are not. I had to call several times upon move out to figure when we would get our deposit back. My husband did the move out inspection walk through with maintenance and they determined we had no damage and should get our full refund back which processing can take 45 days. 45 days comes and goes and we give extra time to call them. I call and get a guy on the phone and explain that it’s been 2 months and we haven’t seen our deposit in the mail. I wanted to verify if they had the

I lived here for a year and a half. This was my first time living alone as a young female. I really enjoyed the staff. Everyone on the grounds was friendly and polite. They handled repair issues quickly. The repairmen never made me feel uncomfortable, again as being a young female alone.
I lived here with my small white dog on the first floor which was perfect with the back area for emergency potty breaks and I really enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the trees. There is a lot of wildlife as well, which also means spiders on the first floor especially. Just ask and they will spray anytime

Maintenance has been terrible lately. When it is done at all, it's generally left half done. Communication from the leasing office is terrible. water is frequently shut off property wide with little-to-no warning for 'emergency repairs.' Many i landscaping features are being removed simply to save money on upkeep, or so it seems anyway. Trash dumpsters are frequently overflowing. There is insufficient parking for the number of units in my building. And if you park in the wrong place without the proper sticker, prepared to get towed.

I have lived at The Woods of Eagle Creek for over 3 years and cannot say enough good things about my living situation. The front office staff is courteous, professional, and friendly. The maintenance team handles all repair work efficiently and effectively. When there is a delay for any reason, they are quick to communicate to residents the timeframe and what the issue is to allow preparation time.
I lived at a property where residents needs were the lowest item of importance. This is truly a wonderful property to live in. It is well maintained and preventative improvements and repairs are the

I have lived here for about a year and have just renewed my lease. I'm an educational professional and homeowner who moved here for a job. The best parts of living here are the quiet, the beauty of the property, the professional and friendly office staff, and the efficient, hardworking maintenance crew. I suppose your experience might depend on the specific apartment you are in and your immediate neighbors. My neighbors are pleasant and mostly quiet (noise complaints are quickly resolved by calling the courtesy officer after hours - and usually that's somebody in the parking lot playing their car

OK, there is good and there is bad about this place.
1. The neighbors on either side of you are pretty well insulated and therefore you do not hear any noise from them.
2. Maintenance usually repairs problems promptly and without problems.
3. Easy access to the main roads and close to the interstate.
The bad however just simply annoying
1. When you submit a maintenance request, if the person dispatched can't solve the problem, he will tell you that someone else will come back to finish the job. On multiple occasions this has happened and the person never came back or had someone

I've lived in other apartment complexes, but none of them compare to The Woods of Eagle Creek. Sure, you'll always have stupid people around who do stupid things, but the apartment complex as a whole is fantastic! It is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance kicks butt! My A/C broke last summer (it was just really old) and they had a new one in place within 90 minutes of my phone call. Pretty impressive if you ask me!
They are also on top of preventative maintenance, which I've never seen before. They come out to clean furnace/air filters, repaint facades, repair

Management is fantastic! Until they have your signature on the lease. Then they morph from "Happy to see you! How can I help?" to "Why the hell are you stopping by the office again?"
The maintenance staff is generally nice and competent, they just take forever to get anything done. Went without a working bath/shower for a week before they came and fixed it. In the meantime, it leaked and ruined the living room ceiling. It was another week before that was fixed. Additionally, the appliances are old and not in great shape. Hard water is a fact of life in this complex because
