The move in process was super smooth. I received all the necessary information and even a tour over video when i asked to see the apartment layout. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Shoutout to Amy for checking on my stay even after i moved in. She was very helpful throughout and made the move very easy!

This is my second year renewing my lease with the Apartments, I’ve had a great experience so far. The ladies in office Amy, Elizabeth and Manager Delane have been amazing and always helpful. I don’t have any complaints at all. I love how close we are to basically everything, freeways, shopping centers, small restaurants and close to Seattle which is convenient if you will be commuting. As far as maintenance, Enver has been great the times I’ve submitted maintenance requests. There’s is also two new maintenance guys I always see cleaning and repairing things for the building to ensure it

My husband and I decided we were going to move cross country from Miami, FL to Seattle, WA. We hired a realtor that we did a neighborhood tour with a few months earlier who provided us with various options. We chose Array, site mostly unseen (we had a virtual tour with Amy) predominantly based on price as it was very, very affordable for the area. Other items we took into consideration were the amenities, that it was pet friendly, and how kind and courteous the leasing staff was (I’ve had bad management before and will not do that again). Once we got here, we were NOT disappointed! The apartment

1. Worst apartments i ever rented from. I would not recommend them to anyone. Took my whole deposit, pet deposit and still want me to pay more. I would avoid this place at all cost. Management is clueless and didnt have any record of my move out and are charging me for replacing carpet. Never was given a walk through at the beginning and never had a final walk through at the end. This place is a joke.
2. Two months after dealing with this horrible place they sent me a letter and a refund check. So i think it's done. Nope... I get an email saying i still owe for move out. I dont understand how

SCAM!!! My partner and I recently applied at this property after responding to an add posted on zillow. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for so we didn't mind the $300 application fee at all. It wasn't until after we paid them that we were informed the apartment in question wasn't actually available. Since all they did have available wasn't at all what we wanted, we requested a refund on the application fee. We were the informed that it's against company policy to provide a refund. This is clearly a scam they're running so please, do not waste your time

Array Apartment is the way to go. The leasing manager Amy is helpful that she literally goes out her way to help people. We recently moved out due to family being extended and kids needed there own room. But man I will move back in a heart beat because Array Apartment is a clean, up to date and close to stores and attractions. The place we moved to is nothing like Array we made a big mistake leaving. Loved being here due to the fact that Amy makes my family and I feel comfortable... Amy made our move in and move out process so so so easy. So I will definitely recommend this apartment to anyone

Overall I had a good experience living at Array apartments. I lived at Array for almost 6 years and just recently moved out because my boyfriend and I purchased a home. I chose to live at Array because of all the benefits that came with living there. Security team, fob access building, workout room, close to I-5 and 405, as well as l modern style living.
Reading through other comments about concerns of communication, fire alarms, etc..I can honestly say that I never experienced a lack of communication. Fire alarms do go off sometimes; it’s bound to happen when living in a large community. Whenever

Having been apartment hunting for a couple of months now, I wasn’t expecting much from my tour here. I was pleasantly surprised when I met with Amy who was genuinely nice; refreshing given that that doesn’t seem to be the case with large apartment complexes in the area. She answered all of my questions as well as proactively gave me a breakdown of all the expenses I should expect (instead of trying to sneak that stuff in at lease signing). Unfortunately Array doesn’t have an apartment in my budget at the moment but should that change, I’d move in right away if Amy is an example of the kind

I recently moved out of this apartment complex after living there for 3 years. Overall, if you need to live in the Lake City area, this is really the only apartment complex you'll want to live in. The price is good for Seattle and the apartments are more than decent.
Pros:
-I always felt safe in my apartment. Seattle as a whole has crime and a large homeless population, there's nothing Array can do to change that. However, the apartment community is safe and friendly. Entry into the building and elevators has a few points that require key fob access. The complex also recently employed security

Me and my husband did not end up moving into this apartment however, we worked with a woman by the name of Amy. She was super kind and 100% honest and up front. We told her what we were searching for & price point and she went above and beyond to help get us into a unit that fit our needs. She was amazing to talk to and very funny! If you get the chance to move into this place just know you will be taken care of as long as she is in office! We found a different place that fit our needs a bit better but the deals at Array were exceptional.

The security at array Apartments is horrible. There isn't any. The storeroom units inside the garage have been broken into repeatedly and everything in there gets trashed. There's absolutely no cameras, and the leasing office actually told me I should buy my own camera. I pay for the services and security that they are supposed to offer, and that should not be my job. You have to have renters insurance, but for what? Have yet to get any out reach from management. They don't care, at all

The security has been a issues at this location. The garage is controlled accessed but my car window has been broken in the last month. (Photos attached). The security cameras does not cover the whole or better part of the garage. The security team that's hired are a joke. They are mostly sleeping when your car window is broken.
Someone recently got into the stairway and liked to make music by beating on the walls at 1am. They also like to write cool things on the walls just so you know they were there. 1 Star only because I can't give a lower rating.

Trust the bad reviews and consider reading through them before deciding to move here. Management is nice to you until you move in then rude when you move out. The entrance by the park always smells really bad and they never fixed this during the year I was there. I hated it here so much that I only stayed here once a week every month the second half of my lease and left my unit vacant for almost two months. I moved during the virus and they let me schedule a walk through but did not let me know that they were not doing walk throughs.

This is my third year living here, Array is probably the only "ok and safe" place to live around this area as the community is well maintained and secured, plus most neighbors are considerate and very friendly! I do notice there's a big change in management team recently and sadly, some of the new staff are not very helpful. For instance, Amy, you really need to at least show willingness to assist tenants instead of just being there and trying to avoid things as best as you can, I have had my concerns ignored/dismissed by you not only once but several times included a simple maintenance

Don't move here!!! The management absolutely SUCKS!!!! I had a family emergency and unfortunately had to break my lease. I reached out to the office to break my lease and got one response. A week later I reached out again to see what I need to do an nobody responded. I finally got them to talk to me a few days before move out and they tried telling me I never notified them of this and that I wouldn't be able to move out. I sent them the email that they responded to and they miraculously "remembered". They then closed my portal so I wasn't able to pay my lease break fee

I'm giving two stars only because the prior management team was excellent. Sadly things have diminished greatly at this apartment complex.
These are only a few things to do as a property manager and sadly the team here fails at many of these things.
1, charge the correct rent. Something that became a problem w the online portal the last 4/5 months we lived there resulting in over charges of nearly $600 per month! Which in each case the office said would be fixed but this never happened.
2 don't lie to tenants. The management team instituted a referral program. The only problem was

I lived in the south building for 5 years, and was the first person to move into my unit. The first few years, I mainly dealt with Tara and Ryan who have long since moved on and they were excellent in terms of responding to any of my concerns in person or via email. Definitely a great complex to live in if you're looking to commute to downtown or UW, as there are various bus routes which will get you to where you need to go. The online payment system was easy via their RentCafe portal and their Package Concierge service is pretty useful since you can pickup your stuff when no one is in the

I wish I could give this apartment complex a better review. We lived here for a little under a year and recently moved. The complex is recently built (I think 2013), relatively nice amenities, a gym, roof top, court yard, club room, and a parking garage (You can get 2 parking spots per apartment which is generous.). The location is just ok as far as restaurants and access to the city goes you'll need a car to go to most places, but for the price you get decent square footage.
My problem with this complex is management. The staff is not particularly good at their jobs. When we first looked

Loved this apartment so much! It was a really great experience living at the arrays. Wish I could've stayed longer but due to some family issues I had to move out and I honestly miss it already! The move out was a little stressful as it was very sudden. Jennifer made that process so much easier and better. She was so helpful and kind. She is amazing!! Definitely would recommend this place!

She is the property manager and she is AMAAAAZING! My husband and I were moving from out of state, so you can only imagine how stressful moving is for us. But Jennifer gave us the best experience possible. Our situation was not the easiest to deal with, but she handled it (... and me, and my anxiety ) with grace and professionalism. She answered all my questions and was very quick to reply to all my emails. I always seem to be able to contact her with no problem!
Jennifer was very informative, and upfront with what needed to happen all the while helping us with our move in.

Do not live here. The management staff is unreliable. They take days or even weeks to respond to emails. They will try to bind you into a lease extension and force you to pay after you have already moved out.
The neighborhood is also very dangerous. Recently there was a shooting and a swat team had to shut down the whole block. While living there, my car window was broken into and stuff was stolen from my car. I've had to run into the building before because of dangerous men on the streets. It is no where near shopping like they claim. The closest thing is McDonald's and a Taco Bell

"Amatuer Hour" seems to sum Array up for me.
I found them online and was excited about an offering listed on their site indicating an unit available 8/5. After 2 emails and a voice message I left were not returned, I decided to just go there to talk to someone. I was told the unit would not be available to show until the end of the week (8/6 or 8/7). So, I scheduled an appointment for today, 8/8. This morning, the unit is now listed as available 8/28 which does not work for me.
