Overall decent. I still am not a fan of certain someone in management because they are constantly assuming the worst but they do not know me. I have the utmost respect for individuals and I a bleed the same color blood so I expect equal treatment. I will not say any names this time but I am sure you know who you are.

They do not care about security issues at all. I lived in this apartment for a year. They destroyed our cars three times. Very crowded place. We had no peace at all. My neighbors were consuming drags, and we could not sleep all day and night because of the crowds and the smell of vid. Many drug dealers come to this place. The sound of music. Kids Games Between floors . Neighbors' complaints about each other and the arrival of Police are here most of the time.

After a few months of leaving there everything was “fine” even that you can see trash bag all around the complex and the whole Mckinney police department every other day but like a month ago they hired all this new people at the front office that talk to you like they own the F please and never have a solution for your problems, so if you’re planning on moving to these apartments I highly do not recommend it.

My apartment wasn't ready when they said it would be and never called to say it wasn't ready. i showed up with moving truck in toe to be told that i can't move in yet. had to call them back and they said that i could move in but it still wasn't ready. I show up to see 2 sections of carpet not finished and the bathroom needing repairs and clean up. I'm finding bug everywhere i look. My stuff is moved in but its unlivable cause of the bathroom i can't use.

My little boy and I have lived at The Lakes of Eldorado for two years. It has been a really great experience for us. My son never really had friends to play with at any of the other places we have lived, but here he has found many friends and even his first best friend. He is definitely never bored or lonely.
There is a strong sense of community here as well. I feel at home at The Lakes and really appreciate my neighbors and how everyone seems to look out for each other.

Looking for a quiet place with extremely helpful and friendly staff? Look no more, speedy response time too issues and work orders, with a warming smile when you come to the office with complaints or compliments, I would definitely recommend these apartments and with prices you can't beat new appliances and all trust me it will be love at first sight.😁😁

I would like a phone call first thing in the morning. I moved in May 1st and turned in the notice about the bugs where there is a gap in my baseboard in the bathroom is on May 2nd I have called numerous times checking to see when this would be fixed. I am scheduled for pest control to spray tomorrow and was told this would be fixed before then so that I would not have multiple bugs coming out of these holes. (firday they had a lot of “emergency calls” so was told it would be done by today.. 3weeks later). I have found spiders, water bugs and roaches coming from these holes. It has now been

It's Been great this year actually. They redid everything inside most of the apartments. I can say me and my roommate had a great year here for our first apartments. The only problem is they need to get rid of the roaches. When we first moved in there were alote but after a while they disappeared mostly. As long as you pay your rent you should have no issues with the office people. They have been very nice too me and my roommate. Another problem we had was our downstairs neighbors. Other than that all was good.
