We came for a friend's pool social and had a spectacular time. The staff was terrific, helpful- going beyond their job to be sure we had everything we needed. The women in the leasing office have horrible attitudes and are not willing to work with you in the least bit. I own my own washer dryer and had to ask EVERY single month for them to not charge me an additional $50 per month for washer dryer rent and yet it still never taken off the account until I finally talked w the manager Eric, who is actually nice and knows how to act like a decent human being.
Whatever base price of rent you are told, be prepared to pay an additional $300-500 per month on top of that for a bunch of miscellaneous fees

Finding a new home is a big change, and there are issues that pop up on occasion. The Mercer Crossing Staff has been so helpful and professional; making our move easy. The Assistant Manager Zacarias is so upbeat, professional, and friendly! He has been super attentive to our needs, despite any minor hiccups. The property is clean and the apartments are high-end without the high price.

Definitely did not have a good experience at Mercer Crossing Apartments. The girls in the office are very rude and unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to the residents or prospects. While I was in the office waiting to get helped Kayla was very rude and made me wait for almost 45 minutes… I was very interested in living here but after my experience NO! STAY AWAY FROM THERE, read all the reviews before!

No longer a safe place to call home. Been here 3 or 4 years. Has gone way downhill I will be moving out when my lease is up. UNLESS SOME MAJOR CHANGES HAPPEN! Maintenance and Office is short staffed. It's like they open the floodgates and let all the trash move in there's tons of thieving people turning door knobs etc. It's unfortunate because I really enjoyed living at this property I also enjoy most of the staff that have been here as well. (Celeste , Zach, and Cesar) They need a raise and the company need to step it up and make changes and invest in this property instead of letting

Just read The review by Sarah H. They will tow you and your guest relentlessly. Understand they split the profit with the towing group. These are facts. Over priced! Dog parks are filthy. Pet feces all over. Farmers Branch PD is constantly on-site due to domestic violence issues, and my trucks were broken into constantly along with our neighbor's vehicles. We also have ring recordings from the neighbors who constantly get their garages broken into.
Maybe with the high rates they should consider full time security!

Be careful when visiting this complex. Their entire MO is towing. Unmarked spots are a tow zone despite no signage. Those are apparently for residents only. They defy towing legislation rules but will not help anyone towed. The best part is they utilize an out of city towing lot, so if you get towed from a simple open, unmarked spot, they'll charge you almost $400. Instead of signs, they make their residents responsible to relay info on which few spots in the complex visitors should park in. So while they force it upon their residents to do their job for them, when guests of visitors get towed

Always have a hard time finding a spot as a resident and as a guest. I registered my car and it still got towed! There’s about 4 visitor spots per building so as a visitor where are we supposed to park? Partner won’t be renewing lease because they can’t find parking ever and there are no carport or garages available and now this? They are late to work because they have to take me. And there is nothing posted on the parking website to indicate where I would have been towed to and no one will answer the phone at the leasing office.

I have lived here for over a year and have been quite pleased with my experience. From the office staff being helpful and engaging to the maintenance people being courteous and efficient. Even my toddler loves it here. This is a quiet complex compared to Alta that is behind us. Shay and Celeste are amazing and always willing to help where they can.

Terrible apartment. We lived here for a year and this apartment charged us SO MANY fees that were completely ridiculous! During the snowstorm we moved out since the entire apartment lost power, and lived two weeks with friends...they charged us over 200 dollars for water...and after talking to residents turns out there were people who had pipes burst. Go figure. DO NOT live here. If you want to live in the area check the surrounding apartment complexes- I've heard they are so much better! The management here is absolutely a joke!! They are always hiring and always having a change of staff

If I can give this place a negative I would have. I applied for a 2 bedroom apartment and got denied. I call and got the Issue fixed and these people give away the apartment to someone else. They did not give me no time to fix the problem and I lost my hard earned money. They need to have better policies and if I was you I will take my money elsewhere.

I had applied back in June for a 2 bedroom apartment and was informed we were approved. They called me in the morning to finalize everything and then later that afternoon they called me to inform me that they made a mistake and unfortunately gave my apartment to someone else. They had the audacity to offer me a different 2 bedroom apartment which was 300 more in rent. I was so disappointed specially because I was stuck having to look for a different apartment for me and my 2 babies. The manager was super rude and wouldn’t even acknowledge they were the ones who made the mistake 🤦🏻♀️

As I relocated from Baltimore due to COVID, I was happy to say that this was an easy move in process. If I’m not mistaken, my leasing agent was Rochelle and she was very nice and was able to help me take advantage of the current special at the time.

To future residents - I put in a request at 7 am for the maintenance team to come out and repair some issues. They came same day, Nestor was very friendly tech who able to resolve/complete the issue within 15 - 20 mins. Also, he check my AC and replaced the filter as an added bonus. This is the kind of customer service you look for when finding an apartment you want to call home.

Where to begin... parking is terrible. You can rent a covered spot but the chances of it being close to your apartment are slim. If you don't get a spot, they tell you to park in the street!!! The also supposedly have all of these rules for parking but they never follow them. There are two particular cars that that have Been in the same 2 spots for 4 months... so
Much for not hoarding parking spots. The hallways are ALWAYS dirty and the complex in general just looks run down. Also, no one picks up after their pets so watch your step. People also smoke wherever they feel like.. hallways, sure

I thoroughly enjoyed everything they have to offer. The staff is outstanding for one, and the location is superb. I live in close range to Uptown for when I want to go out and close to the airports for when I need to travel, which I do a lot of. I see previous reviews about a train and planes, but it's not something that is out of the ordinally. I live in a suburban of a large city so I do expect to hear city sounds in the back ground. Very normal for me. The apartment plan I chose is so nice an comfy, it works for me and I cant say enough about it. I was able to view the about 3 different apartments

1. Cockroaches 1 - 2" in length and I am clean and have a housekeeper.
2. New "neighbor" across the hall from me? A family of 4 living in a one bedroom apartment. Same neighbor has left their trash cans outside their door for the past month. I have reported it three times. Same neighbor has spray paint cans and boxes on their back patio in addition to ghetto playground equipment.
3. Halls on all floors of all buildings are stained with grease, attracting bugs and are filthy. Their excuse? "Management" doesn't have sufficient water to clean the hallways.

Small hiccup at move in but the office staff made it right and took care of the issue. I've been in my unit for a week and so far so good. I see other reviewers stating these apartments are old... lol.. they are not. I have a great unit with plenty of room and amenities are top notch. You can tell the office staff want residents to be happy and they will go out of the way to accommodate your requests (if they are reasonable). I have a covered parking spot ($25 a month) but definitely worth it for peace of mind as far as parking is concerned. I've had several visitors so far

A big 'NO' to this Apartments as there won't be enough parking spaces for the residents and you will be TOWED even if you are an existing resident. I registered my car in their bloody resident parking management portal. Still, the stupid towing company towed my vehicle illegally. Also, you won't be sent any notification that your car has been towed. And towing expenses bump up after 12 hours. This is so insane. I addressed the parking issue a couple of times to the management and I was asked to take a carport. LOL. Are you kidding me? Why would someone have to pay extra money

I have lived here about 8 months and so far I am pleased. The office staff knows me by name and apartment number. I love that I can text and send pictures to the office cell phone and they jump on any issues. The office put in a maintenance request for me yesterday (a Sunday) and within 15 min someone was knocking on my door to fix the issue. I love being greeted by name and staff even remembers my apartment number which makes picking up packages a breeze.
The parking is awful for guests but I have a covered spot so its a breeze for me.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Management sacrifices customers for their own bottom line and makes things very difficult...They have a dinosaur auto-pay system that is always having errors yet they penalize residents for errors on THEIR END. I suspect they do this because they get evaluated on how much $$ they can bring in for the company. Notice that they're always running promos. That probably tells you that they're having a hard time retaining residents because people are moving out due to the low quality. Trash service that you pay for is inconsistent. I will give this place two stars 1 for the location and 1 for the employers discount I received, which was $40, but they charge you $40 to rent a washer/dryer sooo . I have serval complaints I could make about this apartment but those are minor compared to Parking so let's get right into it! They dont tell you that your "guest" will need to register to park in the visitors spaces or they will be towed any time of the day it doesn't matter if your friend is picking you up and yall run inside for 15 minutes. From my previous review to steer clear of this place to now a happy tenant - I just decided to sign a 15mo lease...yeah, I said it! Lol
I did not want to move because it is so costly and I said my next move would me purchasing my new home.

I don't like to post negative reviews but really feel like potential tenants should be informed. In less than a year my garage was broken into. The item that was stolen was very large and with my car in the garage would have been difficult to steal. That took some planning. My husbands truck was hit by another tenant. This was an accident by another tenant but has to do with the parking, or lack thereof that other posts have referenced. I actually had my friend meet me at a restaurant as opposed to coming to my apartment due to how filthy the walk ways to my apartment were for over a month

This place is horrible and you can believe all the reviews about this place. First, if you do not like airplanes flying over you while you are sleeping or trains bother you then do not move here. Southwest flies directly over the apartments. It is only bothersome to me when my door or window was open. The same for the trains. But what bothers me the worst is the paper thin walls. They also do not have carpet on the second and third floors so you hear every step and noise the person above you and beside you make. And if you have really bad neighbors that slam doors, stomp, roll chairs across

My spouse and I have lived here since March of this year and we absolutely love it! For one the location is fantastic! This is in a great area seeing that we are in the middle of some of the greatest cities Texas has to offer! Including but not limited to Dallas, Fort Worth and Denton! Everywhere is such an easy commute. Location, Location, Location! The staff here is great; they are willing to go above and beyond for the community. I just love that they host community events almost every week for us and our guest; even for your pets! Don't forget about maintenance.. these guys are perfect
