I lived at Summer House since 2019. In May of 2021, I just moved out. We are entitled to a reimbursement of $214.05, which is the amount we paid as a down payment when we first signed a rental agreement. They told me they had already returned it. In spite of this, I haven't received it yet. I called and emailed them no fewer than ten times. They always said they will get back to me, but they never do. I didn't want to leave them a bad review. But now I'm fed up with constantly pleading with them to return MY OWN MONEY.

After living at summer house for 2 years I am now moving on to another chapter in my life and that’s owning a home. It a bittersweet moment I really enjoyed living at summer house. Arlene and Sabrina really made this place feel like one big community. They are great listeners, they understand the issues and they are urgent in fixing them. So if your looking for somewhere to live I highly recommend this place.

First, I am impressed bye the speed with which they respond to the GOOD COMMENTS, I congratularse them.! But..... Is INCREDIBLE that you are UNABLE to respond to those who for almost A YEAR I have to be asking for the refund of the deposit that I and my rommates gave when west lived there. THAT'S A ROBBERY. 🤨

Found this place off a recommendation from a friend, since I was moving out of state I did all the payment and signing paperwork online. when I went to move in the state of the garage and house was in my opinion unacceptable. Photos are how it was when I went to move in. Garage had tons of trash in it, door had no handle, screen door was off the balcony. washer was dirty. They did fix it the next day, but by that point I was already looking at other apartments. Really enjoyed living at these apartments. Sadly they just got a little too pricey for my price range. But if you are looking for somewhere where they finish maintenance requests within a couple days and looking for a nice place for you and your family, this is definitely the place to be. 10/10 would recommend.
