I never usually leave reviews on a company page because everyone has a different experience than someone else but I decided to leave a comment for CP. This will be a long one but stay for the read. New resident’s especially, it will be worth it. I haven’t lived in apartments in a while & when moving back into an apartment I was nervous, to say the very least. Especially a bottom floor apartment (I’ve had a bad history with upstairs neighbors being insanely loud). Upon moving to CP the move in process was super easy, Shelby was the leasing consultant who helped me & she was friendly & amazing

They claimed we had pet damages to our carpet & charged us $250 when our carpet looked brand new just the way we left it, after I called and asked the amount of rent I owed, they gave me an exact number, but now they’re saying I owe another $55 for rent. This place just wants your money!!!! Do not go here!! We paid $1600 to move in & was not even worth it.

Charge more rent every lease renewal even though NOTHING on your end changes. They charge a 100 dollar late fee because they take down their website for payments 5 days before rent is due and don’t have it back up until everyone’s rent is late. Even though you have never been late on rent the entire time being here. So you spend an entire HOLIDAY… weekend trying to get funds transferred to other accounts to be able to get money orders but because of the holiday can’t get funds transferred fast enough.

I’m absolutely livid with the lack of care maintenance has for their tenants. 3-4 ago months I called for a roof leak. Not once have they come to repair and it is worse now. I now have a leaking sink, which is… an emergency due to being the only place I can wash dishes, and their after hours line does NOT work. If my home is not repaired I will not be paying rent. Not to mention when I moved in November 5th. Our carpets were disgusting nor were they cleaned. With black spots on our carpet and stains. It took them 3 months just to repair our rain gutter. One of my Best apartment living experiences! The best leasing staff I have ever worked with and a wonderful community of neighbors. Always able to reach out for help with questions, maintenance team was amazing, and location can't be beat! The only reason mw and my fiancé left was due to a rental increase but we would have definitely stayed longer if finances weren't a factor. Thank you all for helping us make Knoxville home!

Office staff isn’t friendly. Maintenance used to come in regularly and replace the air filters and just randomly stopped? I have a really bad dust allergy so when we finally looked to see that it hadn’t been changed it really explained why I was sick the last few months. There’s no where to walk your dogs, no grass. They don’t do anything about people smoking on patios when the lease states you have to be 10 feet away from building. Sad because we just had to renew our lease.

Copper Pointe has been a wonderful place to live! I would highly recommend, and have recommended it before, to anyone! Nice spacious rooms, beautiful kitchen, nice neighbors, and more! The best aspect is the office and maintenance teams have always been super helpful, quick on response, and kind no matter what problems arise! I think it’s a wonderful place to live but the staff really make it a stress free place that’s welcoming and helpful all the time!

A previous tenant who had nothing but issues the entire year lease. They had been doing renovations that are not done professionally.
Most units have a horrific smell that reminds me of wet socks. I couldn’t breathe most nights and had to vacate for my health concerns.
I also want to point out there are many forms of dog waste located around the property that stays for long periods of time.
They staff seem friendly but they are just unhelpful.

This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I lived here for almost two years and had nothing but problems. I first moved into a studio deluxe apartment. July 4th weekend my a/c unit stopped working. It was 95°+… outside. They didn’t fix it for 5 days, all they did for me was give me a window unit that barely cooled anything off and I was left with an apartment that was still reading 85°+. Then in September, I had mice. When I told the office staff about it, I was told I’d have to deal with them for another week because the pest control guy only comes on Wednesdays. The office

Do yourself a big favor and stay far away from this place. I didn’t have a great feeling after just one day as you can read about below, and it only got worse from there. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this was by far the worst.
To start, the day I moved in I was running 10 minutes late with my Uhaul from middle Tennessee… due to traffic so I called Kaitlynn in the office several times to keep her updated and let her know and instead of being understanding, I was greeted with “sorry, you have to be here by 5:00 for me to check you in”. This apartment complex is ran by the cheapest, corner cutting management company I have ever had to deal with. This is a great first apartment if you are a hippy in college otherwise run! I put in my early termination less than 30 days after living here. I moved here from PA and signed a lease after viewing their misleading internet photos. This is… what I found after moving in.
1. I was welcomed to the neighborhood by a huge glass bong sitting on my neighbor’s porch. Again, great place if you are a hippie in college. Not if you are a single professional.

We were interested in one a 2 bedroom because we had plans to move in together. I wasn’t planning on moving in so quick, but he insisted. And I refuse to get one more shiner. I really can’t afford for my face to scar.
It’s my fault though. I can never do anything right.
But anyway I fell in love with the place. A dream spot for me to raise my soon to be daughter.
After submitting the application and fee we ended up getting denied. He requested a refund on the admin fee and

Lies,lies,lies if you value where you live do not move here ! terrible staff , amenities are a joke , maintenance comes and goes as they please ,with no warning. from the start not getting the floorplan we… signed in our lease , these apartments are scabbed together probably a hundred coats of paint on the wall mold in the bathroom mold all in the air conditioner return etc. 1,200 a month and no reserved parking ,you almost never get to park by your apartment .they let anyone move in here in the year I've lived here I've witnessed car break-ins ,drug use out in the open ..loudness all hours

I have lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! The staff is always upbeat, helpful, professional and super friendly! I had a terrible incident happen very early in my lease they were so gracious and and kind and have worked with me ever since as it put a huge strain on my finances. They have worked with me at every turn and been so accommodating during such a hard time. Every time i need to communicate via email with someone i always get such quick and concise replies. During a remodel of my apartment they allowed me to stay in a fully furnished corporate suite for a week while it

A coworker recommended this apartment community, he lived here for 5 years before buying a home recently. I went for a tour, and that was it! Even though I didn't plan on moving for about a month, I ended up applying immediately and moving out of my other apartment early! The staff has been beyond amazing, and I am so grateful my coworker told me about this place. I've truly never felt more at home.
