This is all from my experience with one of their reps, because of her I went down the street to Greenspoint Apartments and got my 2bd. Taylor made zero effort to make my partner and I feel welcomed or even feel acknowledge. Made zero conversation along with some rude sassy responses. Great Gym and great 2bd layout, but if this is their customer service to get new folks in, I can't imagine them working/servicing to keep their current tenants happy. Def glad I did not get myself stuck here.

I just got contacted by a debt collector saying I owe this apartment complex $5,000 from a small fee back in 2008 (13 years ago) that was never brought to my attention. They added interest, legal fees over the years, then sent it over to a collection agency that immediately doubled the total owed.
I had to hire a lawyer to deal with this place. Avoid this place like the plague.

I have lived here for about two months and never had an issue. The apartment had new stainless steal appliances, remodeled, and in great condition. The leasing office has always been helpful and Taylor has always communicated with us to make life easier. We appreciate her and really enjoy our experience at The Bella.

I tried calling the office over 5 times through your the day no answer. When I put my application in there was available apartment with the listed price of 1400. I payed the 250 (application fee 50 and admin fee of 200) I got a call the next day saying the had a “glitch” and no apartment is available and not for that price. I been receiving move in confirmation emails when she stated it would be cancelled and I would receive my full refund via check (which I can’t understand why the can just put it back on the card) we’ll still no check and no one is answering the phone again! Very unprofessional

The actual apartment WILL NOT/DOES NOT look like the actual model you your. The staff said our place would be a completed remodel with new stainless steel appliances and it will look just like the model. An ABSOLUTE lie. We went and walked the unit. Nothing new. Horrible dry wall work. All doors have bad round patching bolging at you. Shower wall was painted over . Shower heads are rotted. Awful paint job. Baseboards were awfully fixed. Closets are uneven and small. Paint coats on top of paint coats. Refrigerator was all scratched up. Washer and dryer the same.

My wife and I have been living here for over a year now and we wish we never resigned our lease. The new management company’s customer service is ABSOLUTELY terrible. No concern for your well being whatsoever. This photo was taken after my wife fell in the shower and the soap bar fell off, revealing what appears to be rotted, mold, and mildew growing behind the walls.

In short: messy, broken, and uncommunicative.
In length: Upon our moving in, we found;
1. Glass shards on the floor of the master bathroom.
2. A hole in our coat closet (which has still not been sufficiently repaired and painted).
3. A malfunctioning A/C unit.
4. Peeling paint in the guest medicine cabinet.
5. The master bedroom bath tub having a peeling base.
6. An entire fixture needing to be replaced in our closet.
7. Spattering of paint everywhere.
8. A crack in the guest bathroom wall.
The a/c units keeps being kicked down the road with no updates from the maintenance team. We tried

We lived at the Bella apartments for 2 years they raised our rent this year 30% and yet no improvements have happened they have consistent puddles that breed mosquitoes they do not fix irrigation instead they spend their time and money on making the office look nice the pools are not clea the barbecues are absolutely disgusting with food everywhere, filthy filthy dirty. Jacuzzi's have not worked in 2 years My neighbor's dryer has not worked since she moved in a year ago I was missing a closet door it was never replaced hopefully now that I've moved out it has been. The office is notorious for looking

Extremely disappointing. The real reviews get deleted. You can't see the review about the tenate who was stabbed, car stolen or waving the gun around. This place was supposed to be our home but it became our worst nightmare. Management will lie to your face and gas light you. Maintenance will try to silence you by acting as if your problem didn't exist. Appliances don't work, pipes filled with overgrown tree roots, mold infested, roaches roaming around...the list is neverending. I can't express how much I regret moving here and the overwhelming stress that has been caused because of poor management

Our shower broke with the water running. We put in an emergency request to come and fix the issue and took the day off work to wait for them. We have now been without hot water for 5 days and the water is just running none stop. I can't imagine what the electricity bill will be. They have looked at it once but fixed nothing. We have called numerous times with nothing changing. I would not recommend this place, especially with the new prices.

BEWARE!!!! "Management" Office LIES & is VERY SLOW to address AC and plumbing issues!!! I have 2 close friends renting separate apartments there RIGHT NOW!
They made one give a HUGE move in deposit or lose the apt AFTER saying it wouldn't be ready until the 30th -- now they WON'T give the keys due to plumbing issues -- which is what they had said originally.
THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE of hard working and honest people!! Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!

The Bella Sera is a fantastic place to live. The property is always kept clean and the apartments are very spacious and comfortable.
The office manager, Kacey is always very accommodating and addresses any issues that may arise, promptly. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her job and the residents.
I love it here, and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

1. Do not live here.
2. Here is a list of things I've dealt with in the first three weeks living here.
-There is a huge hole dug in the ground where a tree had fallen months and months ago directly in front of my patio with caution tape all around it. I could not tour Bella due to Covid-19, so my move-in day was the first I knew of this unsightly obstruction to my front yard area. This was sneaky and likely intentional.
-Upon move-in, my blinds were already broken.
-Upon move-in, the bathroom sink leaked so the cabinets were soaked.
-The washing machine was not connected, so my apartment

I just moved in to Bella Sera almost 2 months ago and it has been so amazing. the complex is beautiful and Kacey is awesome at her job.. she has been very professional and extremely kind. I had to sell my forever home and move into an apartment and it was very sad leaving my home and Kacey made it very smooth for me and was so helpful with anything I needed. This place has been really homey and comfortable. I really like it here. The grounds are beautiful and its very quiet.

How wonderful the management team is here ( especially Kacey!:) and how cute this apartment community is! From inquiring about apartments, specials and pets to the actual move in it has been a truly great and easy experience! Any issues I had were immediately dealt with and handled. The communication with Kacey is so easy and she always kept me updated during the entire process. I love the grounds, all the lights placed just perfectly and the walking areas are peaceful. Love my new place! Thank you Kacey and Bella Sera!

Poor management. Rude girls working at the front office, especially the blonde girl kacie that has a snotty popular girl in highschool personality.
Hot tubs have been out of order for over a year, the complex is filled with screaming kids running around with no parents in sight, front gates broken every other week. Poorly maintained grounds, and for 1,200 bucks a month there are much nicer places to spend your money.

They changed management and did minimal improvements and hiked up the rent. They don't provide key faubs for the gates. Upon move in my apartment had been renovated but NOTHING snd i mean NOTHING WAS INSPECTED. I had a laundry list of repair items i sent to management and waited two weeks for a reply... nothing. It wasn't till i started making threats that they came to fix ALL THE PROBLEMS. People running the leasing office are only quick when they're getting you in the door. Then its piece out. The neighborhood is chill and decent. I like my unit. But everything else

The single star is for the location only, and the fact that my neighbors are nice.
My ceiling AC unit leaked for four days before someone bothered to show up and fix it. If you call the office, they'll tell you someone will get to it first thing tomorrow, and then they don't.
My bathroom sink leaked for three days, and each day I called someone told me it'll be done ASAP.
One time my water heater broke and started flooding the porch below mine, so they brought up a replacement
