If you are looking for an apartment don't even think about moving here at Earle Manor appartment in Wheaton, MD. The couldn't care less about the residents. I have been through a lot in this apartment. I tried everything to get them do their job. The person who is sitting at the office everyday Emily does nothing but tell me she will send someone to fix a problem WHICH NEVER HAPPENS.

Negative stars. Horrible! Do not waste your money here. My husband and I can't wait for our lease contract to be over. Management truly does not care. They sit in their office and see you standing outside wanting to talk to them and they don't open the door until they feel like it. I moved in on March and the apartment wasn't even ready yet, the garbage disposal hasn't worked since the move in date and we made sure to let them know and have put the request more than once and went personally to the leasing office and they haven't even gone check it out. It got to a point

I've been hear three years and been fighting mice ilive over the boiler room where mice have a way to get in. It's not a safe place to live .i won't tell anybody to live here.all they care about is money but won't fix any of the problem. I'm thinking of calling 7on your side.or the county inspector no elevator since april. Bedbugs running ramped in just horrible.these reviews won't make a difference to management

Misleading info, rude management, lack of hospitality. Place is infested with Mice and roaches, the mice sneak underneath tenants doors at night, and there’s a lot of them inside the laundry room. The walls are just painted over with a additional layer of paint, some stuff is already broken, power outlets don’t work, water smells like sewer water; management don’t attend to their tenants needs or just ignore them. Don’t move here unless you want to be scammed for the price of rent ($1600-1800) and they threaten to kick you out even if you have already signed a lease and paid! BEWARE!!!

The management is terrible, rude and useless. The air conditioning in my unit hasn't worked this entire summer. I have called the rental office numerous times and on the lucky occasion that I actually speak with someone, I am told that someone would be out to look at it. I assume that's what was done, they just came in the unit and looked at the air conditioning unit and walked back out. I went into the office when i was able to actually catch someone in there, and the new Hispanic lady stated that someone would be sent to fix the air conditioning, yet nothings been done.
