Been living here for years due to my kids school is being close by , they do not care about long term resident in order to rent it for higher price with new renters , they do not fix or repair things when you call / email no one reply ask or bother to show up , walk up to the office and explain still empty promise their are issues with rodents , roaches and car break in at night, management don’t care to take measures they got in our unit without enough notice changed plumbing lines which takes over 3 months to complete daily , Monday to Friday noise , different workers in and out , finally left

Extremely POORLY managed. There is no after hours emergency service. The management is greedy, selfish, uninterested in their job, or the residents and does not care about the residents. Right now, there is no supervision at all. I do not recommend living here. There are so many other places in Silver Spring that would be a better choice. The place is also falling apart with molding, electrical problems, and water issues.

I've lived here (700) for two years and I love it. The one thing that is a problem is the bugs. When the office is notified they do call an exterminator but the exterminator literally takes a can of bug spray and sprays a few corners and leaves. I could've done that. Everything else is great.

I've had very bad expericance living there the lady who sits in the front I beilieve her name is Kathy I'm not very sure , she is very rude and nasty I am very dissatisfied by her. I really hope this problem gets fixed and a new manager is hired because the service ms.Kathy gives is very upsetting
