I lived here for nearly a year but moved out three months before my lease was up (April 2021) due to the issues listed in the other two reviews.
Pros: location is to die for, building and units are beautiful, the amenities (dog park and gym specifically) are incredible and honestly the best I have ever see. In the DMV. I wanted SO BADLY to love this building. My unit was so beautiful :(
Cons: Management was absolutely miserable to work with (impossible to get in contact with even over important issues like strangers walking through the building clearly on drugs), multiple rooms were listed on

Don’t believe all the good reviews you are reading especially those calling out people by name and staff, with the exception on Jay the concierge :). They told all their friends to come review the page, especially Kevin. Just be warned , even though the building itself is nice and well maintained for the most part, none of the amenities ever function. Broken coffee Machines, printers out of ink, the leasing office doesn’t care about you and are just concerned about their availability and occupancy numbers. Maintenance and Mr. Jay the concierge, and cleaning staff are great though. If you are

Was having a great experience when UDR was managing the property. Everyone I spoke with was always knowledgeable, helpful, and parking situation was great. Once Greystar took over the place went down hill. No one in the leasing office ever has the answers to questions you might have and it seems they do not care. If you're looking to live in this area just go to Potomac Yard.

As soon as I toured DelRay Tower I automatically fell in love with it! Their apartments are spacious and full of natural light. The floor to ceiling windows, spacious balcony and the view are gorgeous. Their customer service is the best, they are very responsive. The management team is always available whenever I have any questions and their service team is on point! Amenities is a huge thing for me since I work from home. They have an amazing view at the Sky Lounge, a gorgeous courtyard, dog park, coffee station, business center, a full equipped fitness center with an amazing view, did I also

DelRay Tower is such a beautiful apartment!! The layout is amazing and the most friendly staff ever!! The property manager, Kevin Yoo was such an awesome manager/employee and provided phenomenal customer service! The rooftop had super dope views and super spacious for your gatherings with friends! Highly recommend!!!!

The three star review by Madison right before mine captured my own experience perfectly. #1-2 pro - the building is gorgeous and the location is really a neat place. #1 con - management is absolutely impossible to get ahold of no matter the issue unless you walk down to the actual office and talk to them in person. I’ll also note that, at least for me, utilities were insanely expensive. I paid more for the utilities in this studio apartment then my previous XL two bedroom in Crystal City.

Possibly the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Management has no concern for residents' safety and has no idea what effective communication is. They decided to up everyone's electricity bill to catch up on some month they didn't charge us for (funny...I've paid electricity every month), in March and April. But didn't bother to send a email about it until AFTER the upcharge and received multiple complaints. They even had the audacity to say they were emailing in the interest of transparency! I have loved here almost a year, and have changed my air filter by myself
