Michelle is just wonderful. Every time I deal with her, she is polite, friendly, punctual and professional. I can't imagine Kellogg Square having a better person to represent them as their concierge. Thanks Michelle!

Thank you for understanding the needs of my family (my husband and his visiting parents are Spanish Speakers) and sending someone who could communicate with all of us equally. The matter was quickly resolved and instructions to create solutions were through and polite!
Thank you!

Marty serviced and adjusted the hvac unit, but the rattling noise persisted. He determined the sound came from nearby apartments. He feels the solution lies in checking the system in adjacent units. This needs to be solved, as I work at my desk right next to the hvac.
Marty dealt with other issues efficiently and worked to solve a problem and prevent future ones. His efforts are much appreciated.
Thank you!

I’ve lived here 1 1/2 years - best place to live in the Twin Cities. Very friendly, professional and responsive staff that makes it home - and sets the tone for the whole building “neighborhood.” I have a beautiful apartment with an awesome view. I love it here! (Addition 7/14/21: Outstanding maintenance response for a serious water leak issue from apt upstairs. Perfect response in every way - ceiling repair and painting PERFECT. Kind, pleasant and respectful workers. Thank you!)

The staff makes living here easy. Maria, Chuck, and Michelle have been wonderful to work with. They are the ones we have the most interactions with but know that are many others who keep this building extremely clean and running efficiently. I used to live here over 10 years ago and loved it then. We moved in after selling our home a few months ago. I didn't think it could improve since then but it has significantly. It went from good to great. There are so many amenities (e.g., movie room, billiards room, indoor pool, large rooftop deck with grills to name a few) and is conveniently located with

This is a great apartment building in downtown St. Paul with amenities and a great concierge staff, would love it it they trained their maintenance people better, they constantly shout at each other on the other ends of the hallway and go in and out of the doors slamming them, not ever just closing them, honestly the only thing that kind of sucks about this place, if you're trying to work from home or take a nap during the day, the janitors may hang out in the extremely echoey hallway. Like I said they aren't quiet and bring down the quality of living here. Sometimes feels like unintentional

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The elevators are out CONSTANTLY. I actually know of someone who got charged hundreds of dollars on their move out date because they couldn't move out because only one elevator was working in a building of 32 floors! I asked the person if they were going to write a review and they legit said, "I'm too scared. They know who I am. They could ruin me from my next rental." How screwed up is that?! BE CAREFUL - a bunch of lying bullies! I'm scared when I move out because the building always has broken elevators.

My husband and I absolutely loved living here! We lived here for about 3.5 years. Building is made out of concrete so the rooms are very quiet. I would recommend living on the west side so you can see the gorgeous sunsets over the river. The location is great - you can walk along either side of the Mississippi River for a nature walk or in the city. Fitness center is very nice. It's also connected to the skyway and has an attached parking ramp. The apartments also have big wall-to-wall windows which let in a lot of light. Chuck in building services is also very nice.

Doormen great and building okay. Apartments are fine. But management rude and unhelpful. They will screw every last penny out of you when you leave - especially if you want to leave before your lease ends.

I lived here for a year, right above Senor Wongs in the newer division . My boyfriend and I loved our little modern 650 sq ft home. It was perfect for us. We rarely had issues. And we were so surprised that we couldn't hear the light rail or Senor Wongs live music night very often! I love having the convenient store so close. Prices aren't bad. The coffee shop could use some work...

I ranked this place a 4 because just like anywhere else, there are issues. I've seen the other apartments in the main tower and although they aren't bad, I couldn't believe what they were charging

Pros: Updated units are nicely updated, decent views if you get a level above 12, amenities are nice, close to light rail. Guest services is awesome except for one individual who is usually rude. Location is great. Close to almost everything and you can skyway walk almost everywhere. Nice bar in lobby.

Cons: Updated units cost you more money, better view cost you more money, the building is constantly under remodeling (they mudded and sanded my hallway and didn't cover the large gap under my door causing a ton of drywall dust came in my unit), parking garage is a mess (had a nice lincoln

I have lived at Kellogg for 3 years and loved the first 2. If you are thinking about moving into this apartment building hold you breath and wait a couple years. It's currently miserable to live here. Every inch of the building in under construction. It is so loud every morning by 7AM. You can't sleep, watch TV, or have a normal conversation without being constantly annoyed or interrupted by obscenely loud construction work. Maintenance gives you almost no notice before coming into your apartment, and they are constantly fixing the cheap materials they used for the remodels. I have no

Hello all,

I use to live in K'S for 10+ years. I no longer live in K'S but I really do hope my input helps you. First off, my family and I moved in and out of K'S a few times. We moved knto the building in 1997 and stayed for about 7-8 years then moved out. We moved back in in 2006 and stated for an additional 4 years. During those two times management had changed twice, so I'm not sure about the current management. Now, I already read most of the reviews here on yelp, but the ones I'd have to agree mostly with are kitt, kyra, and Russ. Those three have really laid out

Building is pretty dated (go 1970s!), but mostly fine. Did seem like several elevators were always out of service, leading to waits of up to 10 minutes.

Biggest problem is their dishonest management office. They simply fabricated damages to take our security deposit, most notably for damage to the (built-in) microwave buttons which was actually caused by steam coming off the stove below it. Are we to blame for boiling water, or them for having cheap old appliances. The icing on the cake is the fact that we didn't use the microwave once because we owned a better one.

Enjoy your stay.

We've lived here for five years and are quite happy. Well maintained and has all the bells and whistles we need (indoor pool, tennis courts, concierge, security, workout rooms, sauna) There is an attached parking ramp that you pay extra for each month. No free guest parking which makes it hard. They do NOT have any subsidized rents so it is a quiet yet busy building of active working and retired folks. Concrete and steel building so you never hear a sound from other units. There is a wonderful restaurant (Sr. Wong's) on the street level. Also a sandwich/pannini joint just off the lobby
