Your fitness plan should be personalized to, well, you; not you and the twenty people around you. M tailors each and every personalized fitness program to not only your learning style, but your baseline fitness level, your interests and your bio-mechanical capabilities. Meaning, if you've been injured, we are more than capable of accommodating you.

How? Well, just read our founder, Benji's, story and find out. M Fitness is next-level personal training. We work 1:1 with clients, not 20:1 like group classes. We can also offer 2:1 training because working out with a spouse/friend/coworker adds another layer of accountability and commitment.

Excellent trainers, good equipment, awesome results.
For a 32 year old guy who had never stepped into a gym, the results I have seen in 8 weeks training at this gym is simply outstanding.
The best part is I have never been in the gym when I have seen more than 10 people with 5 of them being trainers. No cellphones No fuss. Just great workouts.

First, the coaching is excellent. M2 Fitness has very good trainers who understand our needs and ability well and customize our workouts. The workouts are well thought-out and varied throughout the week. No muscle group gets ignored.
They are very friendly and teach us the techniques for weight control and improve fitness goals. Personally, I have worked with Ramon, Drew, Alena, Alex, Stedman and all of them are easy going personalities that keeps the workout sessions fun.

I’ve been working out at m2 for about 6 months now and It’s been the best thing that ever happened to me!
The owner Benji and manager Ramon are so great at what they do and know how to run an amazing facility. All of the trainers there are incredible as well and really know their stuff. I know whoever I work out with, I’m going to feel like I really got a great work out in after. I look forward to my weekly sessions!
The gym itself is extremely clean and has everything you need for before or after your work out, which is a plus. The team makes you feel so comfortable no matter what level

Great find! Everyone here knows what they are doing and are very flexible with scheduling. All the trainers have their own style and whenever there is a change of trainers it creates a different experience. I’ve truly enjoyed working with different trainers, that way you get to know everyone at the gym and your body never knows what’s coming. Their music choice is great and it’s a fun environment.
They’ve been very careful with new protocols and restrictions making sure that both trainers and clients are safe. Being in the health care environment it’s something I pay attention too.

I usually hate personal training because the times I have had one in the past they overworked me and didnt really take into account my activities. These guys freaking rock. I am an avid mountain biker and my power and precision has gone through the roof the past year I have worked out here. Thank you!

I would highly recommend M2! The team is friendly and they are all invested in your success. They know how to work with all different types of body types, ages, and fitness levels. It can be intimidating to find great trainers--especially if you haven't worked out in a long time. My mom and I both signed up after a long break. They helped us both gain strength, lose weight, and gain great fitness habits. Plus, the facilities are as good as it gets: Great equipment and super clean. If you are on the Eastside, look no further than M2 Fitness for all your fitness needs. I've worked out with Ramon when he was at Elite Fitness in Seattle and now at M2. Ramon is a wonderful person and a top notch trainer. He will meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals. Very happy with my experience at M2 and with the trainers there. I've been a client for over 1.5 yrs. Trainers have been great, they listen to feedback and focus on what is important to each individual. Facility is still pretty new, they keep it clean and they have a good selection of equipment to provide a solid workout. They've helped me recoup from a couple of different injuries as well as getting me fit so I can continue to play soccer and ski. Good place, give them a shot!

I've been training with M2 Fitness 4 days a week since they opened over a year ago. Every session has been great! I have become stronger and my self confidence has grow by leaps and bounds.
Every session is enjoyable and challenging! The staff is truly amazing! They're driven to make sure your workout is tailored to your needs, ensuring that your personal fitness goals are reached.
Having had other personal trainers at other gyms, I can honestly say this is the best gym with the best staff out there!

I've known Ramon Perez, the manager, for quite some time. I trained with him at Elite Fitness and through personal lessons for over 18 months. In that time, Ramon proved to be not only a mediocre trainer but also a dishonest/unreliable person. He asked me to pay for personal session upfront and then refused to either provide the lessons or refund the money! Then he not only deleted me from all social media but also won’t return my phone calls to pay me back the money (or session) that he owes me. I have a really hard time believing a gym that will employ that kind of management will provide a

The best trainers and the best gym! The trainers at M2 are great at tailoring workouts to their clients' abilities and goals. Great equipment and a great space make it an all around great experience. If you're looking for a new trainer check out M2 Fitness, you won't regret it!

Best personal training gym! I've been to many and this is by far the best. Extremely customized service tailored to your goals with top in class trainers. Great place for personal training. The personal trainers are very focused on your needs and are very helpful in tailoring exercises based on your fitness level and flexibility. Great place to workout!!! Working out has always been hard for me to get motivated for but with the team at M2 they made it easy to keep wanting to come back. Very personal gym, one on one work outs with the same trainers every week makes sure you get the most consistent results. Great locker rooms to shower and change for those days you have to head right to work. High class all the way!!! Benji, Riki, Ramon are all class acts. Best personal training and personal training facility on the eastside. Training tailored to your goals and skill level, brand new state of the art equipment, and a lavish feel with everything you need. I worked out mid day, was able to use their CLEAN shower and provided towels, and was out the door feeling great. Highly recommend checking them out! And- a KILLER workout!

Best training around hands down. I'd been slacking all winter and embracing the "body by Microsoft" and I know it showed, but Benji works with me at a pace I can handle and doesn't make me hate life for it. Great motivation and the best training money can buy. I finally look forward to going to the gym!
