I have never stayed in any apartments even on the higher end with management throwing a lot of events, parties and would served great food and will give out great raffle with superb prizes! I mean who does that nowadays? It's a great place to live in, clean and safe community.

This apartment complex is not the idea place for you or your family. The community is calm but the owner is rude and constantly calls and harasses you about things like a mop on the balcony or anything on the balcony actually. They say that the community is gated but it's not because my friend lives in the next building over and his apartment was broken into while he was home. He reported to the office the following day and they told him that it was his fault and they never had that issue before he moved in. They also force you to move your vehicle out of your assigned parking spot if your tags

The complex has changed alot since the new management took over. Yes, the engineering guys do respond to the apartment issues but only after a few days if it's not a "major" emergency, otherwise be ready for long wait on maintenance calls. The outside, well much to be desired. Since we've moved in 2017 we were told that there was going to be a fencing placed around the property. That has not happened and you will vehicle vandalism. Few months back 2 of my tires got slashed, when I went to Evan's tires, they told me that at least 12 residents from this complex had gone for that matter. The property

I wish Yelp had a negative stars review button!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've had constants issues in the apartment from low water pressure, dryer randomly stop working multiple times, heater not working, A/C is only located in the living room area so it doesn't really cool the whole unit, refrigerator leaking & at one point stopped working, door knobs falling off, closet & patio screen door falling off track, dead insects painted over on the walls, different species of inspects all over the house, maintains forgetting to com back to resolve the issue fully, etc etc. I'm pretty sure whoever is reading

Ty is the best always friendly always goes out his way to make sure your ok one time my wife car battery die I was at work but ty noticed she was having battery trouble and jump started the car for her so can make the doctor's appointment that serves with a smile

So far we love it! We had a few things that needed to be taken care of and the groundskeeper Ty was ON IT! Not only that but he is always one to be polite and say a friendly "Hello!" Definitely makes you feel at home.
