While the Hotel Lombardy is not pet friendly, we do welcome service animals. Great Staff. Great accommodations. Great food. Sharina, front desk and Gamil, dining staff, made our stay so welcoming and peaceful. You know you’re in the right place when the staff is happy and they unprovoked speak well of the hotel management/ owners. We will be back. The music was fantastic also.

We stayed 5 nights at the end of September. If you like a hot shower, don’t stay in room 512. Water got cold in 3 minutes. The maintenance couldn’t fix that! And don’t call the front desk, as there was tones covering speech each of 4 times I tried that. I will add that the staff is responsive, and the location’s OK, but our room view was a glass office building 15 feet away.

I've had several stays at this hotel over a period of years and have always found the rooms and amenities excellent, the location convenient, and the staff attentive. The restaurant menu is especially good (order the crab cakes!) and the restaurant servers go out of their way to make people feel like they are welcome guests.
